Worst exp on after sales service. You will die following in your issues they won’t listens or help.

I bumped in the shop by chance and glad i did. I have purchased three products from the shop and the experience was highly satisfactory. I feel the staff tries to develop a personal relationship with its customers and that is a big positive for us. I had most of the interaction with Mr. Jha who is a nice person. Mr. Gaurav is also a nice person. All the support staff is also good.
For any organisation improvement is a continuous process and the delivery process can be better.
Overall a highly recommended place for premium products!

Looking for one highly professional, reputed, trustworthy Modular Kitchen designer in Gurgaon. Got quotations, designs and had discussions with number of establishments, but found “MGM Kitchens & Interiors” as one of the best.
Suggestion to do complete tile works on walls prior to install the Modular was well recommended. Provided “Steel Casing” under Sink area to enhance the quality further. Last but foremost the price tag put on the table was most competitive in the market.

Terrible service and bad attitude sales guys. Inflated prices (once you get the product you can see the actual MRP and realise that discount is only 5-10%) and never make the mistake of giving any sort of advance. Also, the sales guy was pushing for a display product of bigger dimensions by holding the measuring tape incorrectly cause of my size limitations. I had to hold everything and show them their bogus claims which they later agreed. They have no clue about the details of their products. They are telling me they cant place the product in my car parked downstairs to save time without invoice being generated (payment was made) as the police will catch them on details as to how a product is being moved without invoice. Police! Seriously! And am sure you will see an arrogant response from the owner.

Excellent designs. You would want to change complete house interiors once you enter the store.

Really helped me a lot to take the decision

Purchased a Carysil granite sink and a Bosch hob from MGM Kitchens and Interiors at Sec-29, Gurgaon. After making the sale the store washed its hands of the whole affair and left me high and dry.

My sink needed to have a hole drilled in it for the faucet, with an option on either side of the sink. The store airily informed me that the plumber would be able to tap the chosen spot with a screwdriver and it would fall open. Plumber refused to do anything of the sort. Called the store, and they then gave me a number for Carysil. Another couple of days later the Carysil chap turned up and drilled the hole. He was aghast at the thought of hitting the sink with a screwdriver - it can possibly crack, a possibility the store admitted when I broached the subject.

Similar story with the hob. Sold it to me and that was that. Didn't log a call; no interest or concern about how/whether I would be able to install it. When I called after a few days to check why Bosch hadn't called to install the hob, they said you haven't asked us. If you want, we will now log the call for installation, but you can do it yourself. Absolutely lackadaisical and laid back attitude to service.
