Customer Service is worst of store in Sector-29, Gurgaon. CRM team is rude to talk to. They just don't know how to talk to customers. Forget about giving service, they don't have basic manners.

I made a purchase and i can also call it a mistake. Their billing system sucks. Their delivery person/ team is full of unprofessional staff.

Product is good which is of no surprise because product belong to brands like samsung or Lg or whatever you choose.

But reliance digital as a seller is pathetic. I had multiple purchases with them and everytime I suffered.

Vijay sales and croma have way higher customer dealing standards then these morons.

Purchased 43 inches Samsung CU8000 LED TV after visiting the sector 29 store of Reliance Digital. They sent a defective TV unit, the installation official was not able to see any problem in the unit. After I noticed, the store is not picking calls when I have called them multiple times.

They want to dump customers with defective products in the name of sales season. If the customer calls out the defect, they might work on it- if he/she is not able to see the defect- congratulations to them as their strategy of dumping a defective inventory to customer has worked successfully.

Utter lack of professionalism. Please do not take your customers for a free ride.

After a couple of calls on customer care number they resolve the problem but you have to wait for the installation team otherwise warranty will be void.rest good for now

Worst experience with the reliance digital, we purchased a refrigerator on 24th sept '23 and it got delivered on 25th sept '23 with a defective product and it has been 4 days, they are not replacing the defective product with the new one. Customer sevice is very pathetic, they do not even care to pick up the call. Worst and bad experience, will not buy anything from this store in future.

Delivery was late they did mistake in bill and after delivery for installation I have to wait for 2 days and when we call for delivery or installation they don’t even answer the calls in the end we have to visit their store personally and their behaviour was very rude don’t go there

Very bad services and very very bad customer support team.
Personally recommend do not shop from here they do not full fill there service and deliver on time and do not confirm the customer about delivery they make customers fool.

TV has been delivered but no one came to install it, someone called and insisted I agree with their convenient time, which I can’t as I have commitments which I would like to keep unlike these guys. Not sure when will we understand value of keeping the word. Once I said I don’t have time on your preferred day and I will complain, the lady kept the phone, now I don’t know if the TV will be installed at all, never buying from reliance digital.

As suggested below by automated bot, I raised complaint and no resolution yet, apparently I need to take leave as the technician can not come before 12 to install, I can not return the items as well, stuck with an item lying in cardboard box, do not believe reliance digital.

Called support again, seems it is not policy to fix an appointment in advance, if you want the TV installed, wait at home and technician will call 2 hours in advance before he comes to you, when asked what if I am not available at that time, apparently that is my problem as per support of reliance digital.

Had a great experience with Kavita at the store. I recommend her for your electronic needs.

Worst store! They confirmed the availability of item and after discussing all the features for 2 hrs the item was not even available. Mr. Amit kumar Ground floor manager was rude and arrogant. He didn’t even tried to search for the product in other stores or warehouse.
Mr. Gulab was good, but no use.

Convenient location, very good selection of products to compare models, good offers and staff is aware of the product details which helps to decide what to buy.

Have bought many gadgets from here.but lately their inventory has gone down.they don't have that great range of products as earlier and moreover there are no longer good offers available for which Reliance Digital was known and had a certain edge over its competitors.hope reliance start offering value for money deals in the near future

Fake promise for sales, PLZ DONT BELIVE ON SALES EXECUTIVE PROMISES, PLZ CHECK ALL DETAILS ON BILL AND VERIFY PRICE & PRODUCTS, THEY USALLY SUPPLY OLD PRODUCTS INSTEAD OF LATEST PRODUCTS ALSO CREATE GAMES ON BILLING

Pathetic experience, they just hide the installation charges, If there would have been option I have been rated them 0 star

Good place for shopping the electronic items. I was surprised because their price was much affordable than the price mentioned by the nearby details. I would definitely recommend you to visit at least once and experience by yourself.

Not much products varity or options. Some of them very old models and cost wise also higher. Not much discounts on products.

Decent collection of electronic items. However, service wise showroom needs to work a lot. Bought an AC recently, till 2 hours they couldn't serve water citing covid issues. Billing is another Waterloo of this showroom. In case you wish to purchase something, you will get decent options but be prepared for a long time being spent there and of course do carry own water.

Not to buy from here! You may risk all your money in defected or faulty product.

There are other better options than reliance digital. With better customer service and staff support.

I bought Lenovo s540 last week and they gave me a defected laptop with keypad not working properly. There are keys that need to press hard or not work on the first press.

I tried complaining but there is still no response from their end.

Please see before putting small or big amount in reliance digital products.

Not responding, people are not at all listening, not doing complete fitting, charging for every small thing. Once the AC is sold they will not at all listen to you

Disgusting audacity of the staff body of this store. I ordered a hand-blender from their online store and they were bold enough to send me their last piece which they had been using as a demonstration piece for years.
The product was full of scratches and stains, dents all over and imprints were faded. I called their customer care number and was passed on three different numbers before they told me that I had to call the store. The person on the call at the store shamelessly said that these things happen when there's only 1 last piece of a product left. Do not sell something just for the sake of business!

I wouldn't have minded if it was the last piece and it was new and in good condition, but it was a demonstration piece! Everyone involved in my order should learn business ethics before you continue to do business in this store. Shame on you all!

I had to buy an iPad air, it was out of stock in entire ncr for past week. I got it here. Good service, polite, sanitisation and screening are also being taken care of. Good experience overall

Very very poor after sales. Having a tough time with them. No one is responding. Our Voltas ACs are under warranty till August and two of them are already unserviceable. So many complaints have been launced since March but ACs are still faulty.
No one picks up at the shop. Please don't buy from this store. And, Voltas AC is the worst choice.

Delivery of product purchased not on time. False SMS regarding delivery time received. No response from store. No call or response regarding installation/demo.

Never visit this place, very bad experience. I bought new dell laptop from this store. While selling the laptop the told they will provide Microsoft office for free with laptop but after the sell they were trying to install cracked version which eventually they unable to install. They can fool their customer this way so don't come in their trap.

Fooling Customers with Brand New Tags on 6-7 year old laptops. I bought a lenovo ideapad 330 Laptop in July 2019, which I later found was Manufactured in March, 2013.

Beware of these frauds and Never buy a product from here.

Received a defective piece which is still fine.but after sales service was pathetic. 7 days and no technician yet visited.no proper response from crm team. Worst customer experience.my device is still lying dead inspite of paying a hefty price for it. Irresponsible, pathetic, minus 5 stars.

Geyser installation is pathetic.they broke the pipe and not accepting their mistake. Not taking any responsibility for mess they created at my home.their service is really BAD.

One can get any appliance with good prices. Staff is not much technical to answer and explain product specifications. Delivery management is very very poor. I have purchased three products and every time delivery was delayed by 3-4 days and they don't have any information regarding who will deliver your product and timing of delivery always remains uncertain. Needs to improve these things.

Extremely pathetic. Unethical people. Misleading people on product & offers. Never fall for the trap. Avoid if you value your peace of mind!

The staff is helpful. Then they go on this trip to sell the resQ extended warranty packages. Trust me don't get talked in to it. Coz whenever it is that you take whatever it is for repairs those guys Dont recognise that warranty. Its quite a joke. The whole exercise

Don't go with Reliance otherwise you only have to take followups with reliance regarding for the your product and installation.

These guys will stop taking your calls after you purchase a product. No customer service. Your product will not get delivered for weeks.

Very nice store for digital products.
Most of the big company brand products are available.
All kinds of TV, LCD, Laptops, mobiles, tablets and many more digital products are available.
It has a very nicely managed showroom and display of all the devices. Salesman are everywhere in the store to get the inside knowledge of the products.
On the ground floor TV, Lcd etc are available while on the first floor Mobile phones, Tablets, Laptops, speakers etc are available.
The products are of Samsung, LG, Lenovo, Apple, Dell, One plus and may others.

I went here to buy a tab.staff don't have respect towards customer and as soon as you purchase something they just vanish from you without explaining anything.

Will get personalized attention at the shop. Although check with them whether they have latest model of various eletronic items.they might lack the stock of the latest ones.
