We have visited on 6th of oct 22 for one day stay. We stayed 19 people. It’s really awesome. View from the hotel awesome. Veg foods are good but non veg not up to the mark. Food price are reasonable like 1lit water bottle Rs 30/-, tea rs 30/-, egg omelet rs 80/- etc.
I personally recommend to stay this hotel but not for one day minimum two days for more enjoyable.
The owner Sumit very helpful, looking handsome boy. Thanks sumit for given me opportunity to drive ur car on hill. It was my dream.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the things that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All the people are incredibly helpful and generous.

They are not more conscious or series about their customers or services, mostly Hotel Staff should be well trained and polite for their customer service in hospitality. Mostly Room service is not proper and Food was ok ok and they are NOT providing Room service.

This place offers one of the best 360 views of Narkhanda along with some very warm, comfortable rooms. The property' location is perfect for a walk to the apple orchards in the morning. The food was good and the place offers a peaceful vibe. The warm staff makes sure you're taken care of. Go for it without a doubt.

This is a beautiful property located in kotgarh village. Surrounded by devdar tress and chirping of birds makes it more beautiful.

It was a great experience staying here for a night. Fabulous views and very good service. Being a South Indian, it's difficult to get a requested south food. But the owner here was very humble and provided a great service.

Great hospitality. Our hosts were kind, helpful and friendly. We had two rooms at the upstairs. Bathroom was clean with solar based hot water. Comfortable beds with quite location. Amazing scenic views from window.

Special thanks to Deepak for arranging delicious food, Niranjan for arranging an amazing bonfire and Sumit for hosting new year party and taking me to adventurous snow hike to Hatu Peak. Another thing that I manifested that was Bruno (Pet) at the home stay.

Special mention to Sumit, Niranjan and Deepak for being the best hosts. We booked it for 2 days but ended up staying for 3 days, only because of these lovely people!

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels, I stayed during my time in Shimla Manali trip!
The staff was extremely friendly and polite. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.
The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment.
The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the Mr. Deepak & team does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Amazing place with serene beauty and ample fresh air. Best part is its between apple orchids which is icing on the cake. If you are 4 people book the second floor which gives open access to top patio and a secluded space.

It was great experience with 13 forest team during our Jan-21 trip to Narkanda (Kotgarh). All arrangements are nicely made by BNB team. I normally do not write review unless it is exceptional service or care provided. In this case dedication and efforts to ensure service is at best shown by Sigha RelSir fromi 13 forest are highly commendable. He took care from proper planning to daily planing coordination in very effective way. My Jan 21 trip to Shimla, Narkanda and Kinnour really awesome mainly due to the care and efforts taken by 13 forest team.

Great property with beautiful view, I stayed with them for a week, if you’re looking for stay with peace, view & interested in knowing about heritage of the kotgarh then you’re at right place. Just still aside & watch the view of sunrise & sunset everyday with birds chirping. Even they have different types of rooms where you can find room with kitchen & bathtub.

The guy at reception an illiterate and started using foul language when I enquired about booking. A hotel which do not know how to handle customers. Worst experience.

A sweet homestay in the middle of Himachal. The rooms are clean, well maintained and setup with all amenities. There is restaurant/cafe at rooftop to serve you homely food. One can see 4 Himachal districts from the rooftoop. The scenic view from sunset till all hills around districts are covered with lights is stunning. Hosts take extra steps to make sure your stay is comfortable and you leave the place with memories to cherish.

The 13 Forest b&b is located just few kilometres from Narkanda. The room was modren, spacious and very neat and clean. Mr. Submit was very helpful and pleasant deal. The apple orchid is very attractive and peaceful, once u go, u will difinately want to spend some time.

Hotel is almost like a home stay with great rooms and view. It was quite clean and maintained. The owner Sumit is also quite cheerful and helpful guy. He shared a lot of knowledge about the local places, food, fruits etc. Also when his chef took leave, he called his mom to cook food so that guests do not suffer. Amazing place!

We loved our stay at 13 forest BnB this may. It is an adorable property in the midst of Apple and Cherry Orchards of Kotgarh and surrounded by roses blooming everywhere. Sumit our host is very friendly, energetic and fun. And the entire staff made sure we felt at home and was available throughout our stay for any of our requirements. We were taken on walks to Samuel Stoke's meditation cave and to Sumit's own orchards the next day, where we met his mum and his prime cherry-picker who are both such sweethearts. I would absolutely recommend this BnB if you want to get an authentic local Himachali experience. Kudos!

Newly constructed property, squeaky clean, with a good location, lil offbeat, for people seeking solitude and peace in the lap of nature. Owner is extremely humble, super helpful and goes out of the way to make guests comfortable and enables to have a memorable stay. Upper floor rooms has bathtub and great view. Food is good as well, parking area is under construction adjacent to the property. Would visit again.
