Before I get into the review, let me just talk a little about the host, Tejas has been a long time friend and while I've known him from his time in Jaipur away from these mountains, he's a different person here.

Tejas is the most cheerful, lively and hospitable guy that I've had the pleasure to stay with. If you ever get a chance to tag along with him to one of his whimsical trips, DON'T MISS OUT. You'll have the time of your life, I promise.

So, I stayed at 180° cottages for the first time around New Year's Eve with my friends and at the time, the entire property was booked. Now normally, I'm someone who goes to the mountains to get away from people, but, everyone here was SO MUCH FUN that we ended up having an amazing time and I immediately made up my mind that I'd be coming back here pretty soon.

Cut short to April, temperatures in Jaipur were spiking to 40-42 degrees (it got to a point where you could feel your skin burn if you stepped out in the sun for too long), so I decided to take a break and head to Manali.
Originally the plan was for a short vacation, but then I ended up shifting it to a month-long workcation because I was having such an amazing time here!

Despite the erratic changes in my plans, my moody food cravings or a 'like to be left alone' attitude, the staff here was cooperative and professional. It didn't take long for them to figure out my daily habits, preferences and they started ADJUSTING to it to improve my experience!

I've stayed at A LOT of places in Himachal, so believe me when I say this, THAT right there, can create a huge sense of attachment to the place. Combine that with a spacious, cozy room, a huge bath, hot water shower, great wifi, amazing views and SPECTACULAR food (best part about this place), for me, it's at a point where now when I think of Manali, I think of 180° cottages and it's not even a conscious choice!

Staying here is an absolute delight. Period.

Wanted to enjoy home stay with hot water bath and cosy quality time with husband, but there was no water facility also got disappointed by power cut. Couldn't be able to manage for more than 12+ hours.
Staff and host were humble and attentive but my plan got failed due to no water and no electricity.
Finally left the place with cold water shower.

I've been to Manali a lot of times but the stay this time was the standout difference. 180 cottages is a very beautiful homestay near jagatsukh area with a mesmerizing view. The rooms had all kinds of accessibilities such as hot water, bath tub, great hospitality and what not. You can find variety of cuisine here and trust me you won't be disappointed with the food. The staff and owners are very humble and helping. They'll arrange all sorts of amenities for you ranging from self drive bikes and cars to arranging fun or leisure activities for you. And the best part is the price of the stay is also very very cheap. It's a must recommendation for those who want to stay away from usual Manali crowd and still have all the fun

Ideal place for workcation in the hills. Great food and hospitality. Must try the Daal Makhani.

It was an amazing experience. You can have the best food, best mountain view with balcony and jacuzzi as well in bathroom and the hospitality from the side of owners makes the overall experience complete.
Also, I was able to access 5g wifi for wfh setup.
MUST VISIT!

Nature and peace seekers, this is a paradise in Manali for you. Away from the hustle of Manali, this place is in Jagatsukh which is approx 5 km before Manali. Its a beautiful property with a valley facing garden which has fantastic view of snow clad mountains all around.
Regarding food, they have both the options of day-to-day kind of healthy meals and restaurant type fast food available.
I stayed and worked from here for a month without any issues as they have high speed wifi available 24/7 which many other places around here do not have, making it ideal for people looking for a chill workcation.
The hotel owners, Tejas and Nitin, are always there for any type of assistance regarding biking tours or sight seeing around the area. The other staff are also genuine and fun people who very cooperative and helpful.
Would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone visiting Manali.

The place to be if you are around manali with your friends. The hosts are super cool and friendly to help with anything even with there awesome company.

Sports, music, good food, treks, party, peace, good company, you name it and it's there. The hosts are amazing and make you feel like home. Staff is very sweet and cooperative. Had amazing time here.

I have been to Manali dozens of times. But this time it was the best experience for me. This place has very positive vibes. You will get to see scenic beauty. In the day time it very peaceful and soothing. In the night you can spend your time around bonfire or you can party. Food was good. Rooms were sanitized and clean. Rooms were spacious. Staff was helpful and well behaved. I am telling you with my experience, this place is worth every single penny. Stay here will give you memories which you will cherish forever.

Perfect stay with postive vibes, serene views, good food, spacious and well organised cottages. All good points you need to make a perfect staycation. Also hosts were very helpful.

Class: 3-4 star hotel level.
Location and environment: Good for comfy n peaceful stay.
Hosts: Tej and Chopra were really chill with everything

Bad Points: Nothing much.its a new property, river/mountain side.

The best cottage I've been to. The view is serene and I could not have wished for a more peaceful and comfortable stay. It's the perfect get-away from your everyday life

The view from the cottages is breathtaking. It is a well-maintained property with spacious rooms and big airy windows. I found it to be a perfect place to de-clutter and connect with nature. For people working from home, the wifi speed is pretty good. The hosts and the home-cooked food will make you feel at home:)

Found this place while working from mountains and ended up extending my stay here for 2 weeks, amazing hosts, read friends. Apart from 180° view of the valley and beautiful cottages with balcony, the place offered good food, amazing wifi and great overall vibes.

If you are looking a workation while having a great time, then it is exactly the place for you. Having surrounded with picturesque landscapes, it is the perfect place for a getaway and is extremely peaceful and comfortable to be at.
Every service be it the food, cleanliness or the internet connection was spot on.
The hosts were super helpful and fun.
It was an amazing experience overall.
