Please dont book Aamod cottage property if you are with family or children
Lot of difference who told us about property
I will file a complaint.
We saw many families quarrel with them. The property is not suitable for families / children or old age.

It was wonderful stay at Aamod suits hotel at Dalhousie. Very peaceful atmosphere surrounding the hotel. Very neat and clean rooms, everything new and very hygienic. Staff is very cooperative and well behaved.
I would love to stay here again and again. God bless them to serve their guests always like this.

Very bad experience at Aamod cottage Dalhousie
Sales person ne kaha aap family ke sath ho toh super deluxe room lo aur hum 3 families the per cottage 8000 per day pay kiya but
Waha pe construction chal rha tha. Distrust too much
Jab bola hum yaha do din shanti se rehne ke liye aye hai toh phir cutter band krke rang wala lga diya.
Jab complaint kya to kaha kuch nahi kr skde. Pehle jab tak pay nahi kya to kehte the 20 % disccount denge khane pr aur jab property ar sara bhugtan kr diya to apni baat se mukr gaye
Jo property book krta unse baat ki to vo kehte hai hum toh vaha kbhi gaye hi nahi hum ne to property dekhi bhi nahi
Family ke sath mat kro book

Service is so poor. Their employees dont even know how to respect and treat the customer. WORST IN HOSPITALITY

We had an amazing time at Aamod, serene peaceful in the lap of nature. Forest is exactly behind the property, great for walks trek through the woods. Aamod serves you great food, hence you don't feel the lack of other restaurants nearby. Special thanks to the manager Pradeep who went out of his way to make us feel special and at home. Mahendra our trek guide was highly entertaining narrating local stories
Food- 4 stars, really liked the khatta chicken, lahsuni dal, dal makhani and my favourite moong dal halwa. Kudos to Chef Satpal Thanks again Pradeep for the special dinner and the decoration

We had lunch here as a group of six. There is a tranquil atmosphere and the views should be beautiful though on this day, there was thick fog most of the time. We ordered both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The food was good but not great. The service was prompt. A nice place to spend an afternoon if you are visiting Dalhousie

Amazing place to be, absolutely scenic.you can touch th clouds if you are visiting it in monsoons.resort has a very good view of you get the front rooms facing valley.

Dalhousie could not be better if we hadn’t stayed at Aamod.serene.peaceful.relaxing and charming. The location plays a very vital part of the holiday and aamod is created in between picturesque mountains.coniferous tress and clouds. Food was excellent and service was very warm and welcoming.

Extremely beautiful location, away from the city noise, very good hospitality, limited facilities but none required if you have such a place and location

Nice property but its very far from other tourist attractions and other main markets like gandhi chowk and subash chowk so tourists should keep in mind about the distance they have to cover everyday.its like 25 minutes of car travel if there is no traffic jam (usually traffic jams are very common during seasons) otherwise a good place for to stay and weather is very cold and but still i would not recommend it if you like to travel often.

Best place to stay away from hustle bustle and pollution. Best staff very helpful. Special mention to Mr. Vinod, Mr Negi and the chef.

Visiting aamod was a good option as I loved the view from there. It is located on height and also maintained very well. There are rooms and also dining area moreover who are nature lovers sit outside and enjoy the scenery. It’s just amazing.

Aamod, Dalhousie is an awesome hotel. Awesome views of Mountain, Tress and hills. There are only mud cottages for stay which are limited. There are many places to visit which nearby. Food variaties, taste and quality in Breakfast and dinner were awesome. Property is away from main city or market of Dalhousie. Best place to stay when you are in Dalhousie.

Aamod resort is just amazing! The chilling winds at 7500 ft and the scenes visible from there are fabulous.catering facility is fast and everything is yummy served. Especially in winters one can go for tea there as they provide really refreshing tea and even the food served is very tasty. As it is a forest area one needs to be careful at night and there are heaters available in every room so you can opt going in winters too

Today we have done one day early check out from aamod hotel at dalhousie.it was worst experience.we spent our last night sitting in reception area due to bad weather as our room was so much aloof in jungle area. It was very much terrifying to be in room in such a stormy and rainy weather. But the fellow at reception didn't even had courtesy to ask us for blankets and even the hotel people have any optional arrangement in such emergency situations

The hotel is pretty good. The food is good and the view is beautiful. Also, of its way from the hustle and bustle of the city

We checked in at aamod resort dalhousie at 13052019 to 17052019.
Our Stay was pathetic.the cottages are very isolated.the only advantage is the valley view which you get from the rooms.but how much time do we spend looking at valleys there are lot more things to do in dalhousie.the cottages are very isolated with valley on one side and jungle behind for name sake there a security cabin besides last cottage but have never seen any securityvinside the cabin.the roof of cottages are made of tin i guess and they have put a thick cloth from inside.at night the roof makes lot of sound and the sound from nearby jungle disturbs you a lot.and pray to god that weather should be ok if it becomes bad the the wooing of wind becimes more worse and the rain sound on roof makes a hell lot of sound not allowing you to sleep and give a very fringhtening sound
Those who are habituated can definately go to resort otherwise thers no point to stay there.more over the management is highly uncooperative. We demandef the change of room from day one but they did not co operate at all.on night on 15th may night the weather was so bad that we could not stay in the room at aroung 1am we called the manager at night for help.to make some other arrangements for night stay.literally we were sitting on a small reception bench for 5 hours till 5.15am
But the manager did make even an attempt to make some arrangement to makev us comfortable. Ultimately due to difficult living conditions we have to leave the hotel one day prio3our checkout date.rest food and restaurant is ok
That you can get at lot of places in dalhousie.when stay is good all is good
Otherwise food and housekeeping does not matter.no anycother activities at the resort like some games.even thevplay area is also not maintained.
Rest frankly there is no value for money at aamod.
I think ony people loving adventure stay should go there otherwise should look for other options.cause rates at hotel are to high.i think management should be more co operative as its a service driven industry.frankly will not recommend to this dalhousie resort.

Aamod Dalhousie is one of the finest properties of Aamod group. It is located at hill top and that's why the view from resort is breathtaking. Pir panjal range can be clearly seen on a sunny day. Resort itself is very good, clean and appropriately managed. Staff is very courteous and well behaved. Resort manager, Mr. Hansraj is gem of a person, he is so polite and helping. We were visited the resort with some good expectations but it turns out to be one of best and memorable tour. All because of good vibes inside and outside resort. Food is so delicious and homely type, full marks to the awesome chefs and staff. Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Restaurant is clean and beautifully presented. One can feel direct contact with nature while staying here. Besides resort is the thick forest that makes the location more breathtaking. Overall it was memorable stay and we have taken along us some beautiful memories.

Just awesome experience! Best resort i have been to in quite some time.the location is just also perfect. Its the last resort and till the height top. We went in March End 2019 and enjoyed a lot. We could get the snow look out of the room and snow everywhere around the resort! Id looking for a place to chill! Must visit.u will definitely love it.

Amazing experience. Beautiful location and delicious food. Service was exceptional. Set in a scenic location away from City it's an absolutely wonderful place to unwind. I will strongly recommend to anyone who loves nature and quiet.

One of the best resort of Dalhousie. Located around 5 kilometers from main market. It's located around 7500 feet high. Views are amazing and you can see snow in resort. Rooms are specious and clean. Food is also a tasty in restaurant. There is a jungle in backside if resort. Thought it has good views and specious rooms but it's coastly. Also it's too far from market so you can not go out for lunch, dinner, etc.

Staying here can be a lifetime experience. Excellent food and room service. Awesome location for all nature lovers.

Its at 7500 ft HIGH IN HP. However there was a Rodent/rat in one if the 3 rooms we took for 2 nights.
The helpers mentioned it was removed, but it was yet there and went over our friends head at night (!).
Food was good.
