Aditya resort is the best resort in between Solan and Shimla. Its location and interiors have to be its best factors next to great hospitality and food. The place has a vintage cottage vibe with majestic valley views. What's more? A lot of regional musicals have been shot here.

Very difficult to reach as you have to park the vehicle a long way from reception and you have to climb approximately 50-60 stairs to reach there

It was an amazing experience, nice ambience and superb location. You can enjoy the views from the terrace.

This place is awesome for its location and views. It does't look like a hotel or resort but more of a private property with terrace, garden and viewing spots. Rooms are big (depends on what you choose), service is good and food is great (priced like a restaurant so it's reasonable). On road property between Solan and Shimla. Nice hill and valley view. Parking is available inside the resort. No lifts though. Staff is courteous and will make every effort to keep you happy. We enjoyed our stay and spent most of our time in the resort itself as it has all you want. Totally recommend.

Great place to stay. Location is offbeat, away from bustling city life. Staff is professional. Rooms are spacious and hygienic. Food prices are reasonable. Open area is great and nearby famous places (like Kali ka Tibba temple) are easily spotted.

Amazing place to spend quality and peaceful time if you don't want a long drive pain to Shimla and beyond. The resort itself is so beautifully constructed that you would easily feel like going no where else once you are here. It's about 2 hours drive from Chandigarh. Staff is very courteous and manager was very prompt and helpful too. Would definitely recommend to visit if the idea is not to spend too long in driving to a far location.

Good location cooperative staff excellent food. There should be some fun activities for kids too so that they can enjoy in resort too. Hope till our next visit there will be some activites for kids too.

I have a serious lower back issue. I was sitting outside and picked a cushion from inside to keep it to support my back. The waiter impulsively/aggressively behaved and snatched the same from me.

I don't think you should behave with your customers like this.
It was my last visit and will never visit again.

Aditya Resorts is a great getaway from the hustle & bustle of the city area. Loved spending weekend there with an infant. Food was tasty and the whole team was extremely helpful

The resort is situated at main highway prime location, noticable from distance and easily approachable. It's a a perfect weekend getaway as well as long vacation, just 2 hours from Chandigarh on Himalayan queen expressway.
The environment here is very soothing and relaxing. The sorrounding are covered with greenery. It has ample area for kids activities and parking. There is enough dining space both indoor as well as outdoor. The hotel staff is courteous and humble.
They have good food menu and very delicious food (multi-cuisine).
We experienced awesome weather here the cloudy mountains seems so soothing.
One may sit in balcony with a book and spend a while day in the heavenly ambience.

This is a must visit place on Chandigarh-Shimla highway.

The hotel management is pathetic. They are rude, they misbehave and they are least bothered about their customers. Not recommendable at all.

The room provided to us was changed after 2 hours citing vague reasons. They also happened to mention that if you don't change the room, we will not be responsible for your security at night. Milk provided to us in the room for tea was of May 2019 packaging. Fresh milk was provided only after several requests. Except for a few items in the menu, nothing was available. And it was informed after I ordered. Seems like they opened in a hurry without preparation. However, the rates charged are very high as compared to services provided. If not prepared, should not have opened. The guest who drop by without any prior booking were given rooms at almost half the rates and are prioritised over online bookings as has been my experience. All in all, just the location is good. The experience of the premium hotel when you pay this much rent for a room is missing. I am writing this review sitting in the property it self. You can imagine the amount of harassing experience this has been!

They didn’t disclose about the tarrif initially. At the time of payment they charged us extra by saying its their “peak season”. They are having 13 rooms and only 5 of them were booked yet overcharged us on the notion of demand. Highly disappointed

Very unprofessional way of dealing guests by them, they don't stand by their commitment and it's totally unacceptable. We visited this resort second time believing, it would be great to spent our new year's eve, but we had a very bad experience, regarding to their commercial terms. We don't trust them with our next visit. At this tariff more better options are available in the market.

Why there is no comment of the management on the reviews which have given low rating to the property with negative comments

The managing staff of the hotel are not honest, they don't deliver, what they commit. At the time of booking we were offered breakfast inclusive in the tariff, at the time of check out, we were given a seperate bill for the breakfast and they told us, that breakfast is not inclusive. So, these people are not honest and firm on their commitments. Completely unprofessional. Otherwise, location of the resort is very good.

Very uncooperative staff. Zero management skills. Mannerless creatures are running the place. Don't consider this place even if it is the last resort.

Worst staff. Useless hospitality. Manger behaviour atrocious. Be careful before deciding for this property.

The hotel is awesome. But unfortunately due to OYO booking, we didn't get the room. Failure of OYO n harassment for the family.

Awesome place. You get what you want from a trip to kandaghat! Beautiful valley views from rooms, away from any concrete jungle like shimla, tasty food, quick room service, couteous staff, beautiful property and last but not least clean rooms n washrooms. But I believe it needs more branding:)

I have made a booking for my sister's family in your resort. But we are very disappointed the way hotel staff posted at restaurant dealt with them. They have refused to provide the buffet in the breakfast despite the fact that the same is free with our booking. They falsely stated that since you have made a booking through OYO site so only one dish with limited quantity will be provided, though we have made the booking through agoda site. And there was no term and condition mentioned either on the OYO site or on the agoda site, in this regard.
The most surprising that when the matter was brought to the knowledge of the management of the hotel, they instead of apologizing, they have started talking non sense. They have referred to provide the dishes to the family persons, who have purchased their buffet, but have nothing to say about the fact of refusal of providing the buffet breakfast, which was already included in the booking. They even started referring what had been paid to them by agoda. It's a sheer non sense, what ever was your dealing with the agoda, it is your own personal thing, we had made a booking through online system, we are not concerned what they had paid to you or not, we have made the payment of the amount what was asked by the site at the time making the payment online for booking. So, in future we will not recommend this property to any one. A very bad experience.

Its a very good property and location is wonderful.
Staff and Front desk staff is amazing, always ready to serve you whatever u want.
