Please don't go in this shop. It's a request. Service is very poor. Specifically owners. Tailor is not experienced.

Beware. Do NOT BUY from this shop. Appalling customer service. Bought a 7K dress from here which had to be altered. Multiple errors. Owner acknowledged the tailoring was not satisfactory and he was at fault. The only option he was willing to offer was to do further tailoring which would take “a very long time” according to the seamstress. He knew we had an overseas international flight the next morning and so this was not possible. He refused to offer a replacement piece at similar cost (we even offered to buy a more expensive item) let alone a refund despite acknowledging he was at fault His response was “it’s not possible”. As the owner of the shop of course he makes these decisions and it is possible. So there was no adequate solution offered. Appalling customer service. We left the ruined item at the shop. Terrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE. Total lack of any skill in the tailoring and a stubborn owner who would not find a solution that would result in a happy customer.

Don't ever plan to visit this place. Owner son is so rude and have monopolistic behavior that he doesn't deserve to have customers in his store.
One of the worst guy I met. Always make rude face that his says he is getting irritated of getting customers in store

Your shop is very lowest quality product in the all over kangra market. My 1 star is very low and very bad quality & totally row metireal product.
