Good location need to walk for 1 km to get their from main road. We got ground level room even after booking one month in advance so keep that in mind, overall average experience.

I wouldn't recommend someone who doesn't have their own vehicle, even if you have your own vehicle, driving to the location is a pain, specially for two wheeler as it has stiff inclined roads.

If you're walking there then thats a very painful task, the mall road and other markets are far also, you need to climb lots of stairs and up hill roads for the main road it self.
If you're coming with friends then its manageable but i wouldn't recommend for family without any personal vehicle and good driving skills.

Room is nice and view from room window is also good but location is a pain.

Nice experience staying in the Annandale view. Behavior of hotal manager is nice. He arranged cab for simla site viewing in very reasonable price. We enjoyed a lot.

They are fraud. There is no availability of wifi connection as mentioned in their website. The hotel is located in a very congested area. No one was their to look up.their service was so poor.i highly recommend not to stay at this hotel.we hv stayed for 3 days.and we hv experienced the worse service ever.

It is an apertment with rooms with greatest host i have everyment.son of the owner vipu help me when we call him we came to this place that it is little down hill when we reach there the place was nice and quirt host was very helpful.

It was very good experience with Annadale view. Neet and clean rooms, service was very good, guidance was good by Nikka Ram. Driver service also good which was provided by him. They pick and drop from station. Just only one small problem you have to walk lot when go to either visit mall road or outside or buy something from resot.

The stay was amazing property too was quite peaceful, the manager nikka Ram was very kind and helpful, also if you're travelling by bus do contact him for the assistance to the property prior as the taxi service there is not that reliable and may charge extra.

Good place to stay for couple, Only car can reach hotel. Roods were quite narrow to reach property and vehicle has to be in very good condition as well or else one cant reach by vehicle.we actually went in Tempo and could not reach due 1) tempo is in good conditions for ghat roads but not good to reach property (road to reach is very down from mainroad) 2) where at odd times all cars parked on roads so tempo gets stuck in between (Strictly not suggested for Groups). Otherwise hospitality is good. Owner Mr. Vipul and Mr. Ram manager were quite helpful to get all our luggage's by their car at midnight.

Hotel owner and staff is very bad we book a hotel and then they denied for entry because they said we don't have room after that they beat my family including ladies and child's i suggest never visit there.

Nikka Ram Ji is a man of his words! I had booked a stay for 2 nights here for my family (with 4 Senior citizens!). He had promised that he would drop them to the main road since there is a small incline from the hotel to the main road. Not only did he keep his promise, but he also ensured that everyone had a comfortable stay.
The rooms were super clean and spacious and the views fantastic! And all this for a bargain price. Well worth the money

The 4 stars I gave is only for the service & support shown by Nikka Ram ji. He arranged cab for sightseeing at a good price.
Food is not good. The restaurant takes ₹30 per delivery. They send wrong order sometimes.

Stayed for 4 days and had a really good experience.

Nikkaram as the caretaker provided the best service. Was on his feet throughout.

Better than average hotel. Good view from here but the facilities are like cheap hotels. If you think about budget n good vally view.you can go for it.

Mr. Bipul is very gentleman. And hotel attendant Nikka Ram is very loyal. Premises is very clean and calm. I enjoyed my stay. If, I ever come in Shimla, my first preference would be Annadale view. Mall Road, KaliBari and other most important visiting places are working distances.

Geyser wasn't working properly, had to wait very long for 5 minutes of hot water and same goes for Bed heater, Only home made parathas were delicious.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Hotel Annandale View. We were there in peak winter - we were provided with an electric blanket and a room heater, which kept us warm when the temperature dropped to -5° Celsius. The view of the snow-capped mountains and Annandale was great. Nikkaram, the caretaker, served us well and his guidance was immaculate. We shall definitely visit again. The owner, Mr. Vipul Sood, is a cordial and hospitable host.

Worst experience ever. The staff is very rude and the owner is least bothered. Everything mentioned on the website is not correct. The mall road is very far and that too you have to walk the hill all the way up, it takes around 30-40 minutes to reach the mall road, it's really exhausting. It's not easy to drive all the way down to the hotel as the road is very steep. Service is really bad, drinking water is not available on time, food isn't available, you'll have to walk all the way up for food even if it's raining. No cleanliness. No bathkit available. The geyser takes around 1 hr to heat the water and it cannot hold enough water for two people. It's not worth the money.

Horrible experience. They welcome guests with feeezed water. Pls see photos and videos. I had to cancel within 30 minutes. Owner never insisted to cancel and making false claim.

I had two day stay there. Firstly the staffs were rude and unprofessional. Secondly, the condition of the rooms were pathetic, it felt like the corridor seriously needs some repair. And at last when I asked for another towel on second day, they denied saying they give just one towel.

The rooms are very small not for family stay. You have to hike to mall road as no cabs come there. Room service pathetic and attendant very rude.they don't clean room and sheets daily. Non functional TV. Smelly blankets. The owner though may help your pick and drop from station as there is no other conveyance available! Not worth for money.

Nice quiet place to stay. Owner is very helpful. Just know that you have to hike for 20 mins on a relatively steep road to reach mall road (in case you have elderly parents, not a good choice)

Worst location. Worst hospitality and worst behavior. I recommend u all not to book a hotel here. It's just a vain to live here as the location is very very very bad and far from shimla city and they do not even bother to provide u with a cab services. U have to go on ur own. And the oowner is too too bad in behavior

Best place to stay in Shimla. It's very close to railway station and busstand. From railway station it's 1.5 km hardly. But it's challenging to find the place as it's bit inside.you will get best view of the nature from this rooms. Having geser and also the facility of increase the temperature of bed. More facilities with less price.
