Very Ignoring, Misbehaving, Abusive, Workless, Drug Addict Staff preferred and hired here including Owner (specially their ladies) are extremely Non-Sense and Unnecessarily argue a lot with tourists. Employees demand Ciagrattes and Alcohol from customers and inhale it inside their rooms itself. Demand money from customers and also theft valuables and money on excuse of cleaning room. Owner encourage them very much doing so. Totally Fraud, Greedy, Ingenuine and Thug Ones. Say something do something. Only Liar, Fake and Disrespectful people just concerned with their own profit or self benefit without any botheration of full avoidance, negligence and least focus on the Customer's Satisfaction at all. Completely Non Professional, Mannerfree and Uncivilized in nature don't even know how to treat, react, talk and deal with the customers. Food taste and quality are much Unhygenic, Cheap and heavily adulterated. Person who clean toilets having infected and blackish teeth, lips, Ugly hands and entire body himself cook and serve food in the rooms. Utensils are not properly washed and cleaned along with their drying also never done by these people. Drinking water is very poor and undrinkable. Room cleaning is not done regularly and properly. Washrooms too are highly dirty, non useable and worst in condition. Their location as everybody knows deepest and poorest throughout the whole city. Owner didn't even refund my ₹1400 of 6 days left which they said to send online later. Dark Black Thiefs.

Very poor staff and everything. Not worth to money place at all. Very Overrated and high charged against facilities, quality and service. Just wastage of money place. Rooms are too congested and non spacious with very smelly and dirty washrooms having a lot of insects and spiders. Moreover, hot and even normal water is not available washrooms are waterless most of the times. Lcd don't work, wifi range don't come. Network issues are there at this location. Electric generator or inverter is not available. Electricity goes again and again and don't come for long time therefore all lights, fan and wifi gets completely disconneted immediately. Conveyance problem occurs no taxi or anything go there at any cost in night and even day too because all the way road is muddy, temporary and narrow. Outside view is zero and worst. Full of problems, difficult to survive here even a single day.

The room was nice and behaviour of staff was so good. They even gave us facility of pick and drop from the main road. The food quality was also good just like home

It is located in very lower place or you can say at below shimla. Across 3 km downwards to Shimla. Room has no lock and hot water. Very difficult to reach at this location.
