The WORST travel agency I've ever used
We had very bad experience with travel agency - *Apple Journeys* and travel agent - *Vikas Saklani* (which justifies poor rating) with my family.
Travel agent (Vikas Saklani) asked us to pay full amount before starting the trip which was for 7 days. We paid full amount and started the trip. Our driver left us after 25 Kms from our hotel on 2nd day of trip, since travel agent Vikas Saklani asked us to pay extra money and told if you are not paying we will drop you here and will not give next 5 days service and also mentioned that we already received full money from you so no loss for me I will just switch off my mobile.
Then we were not having any other options rather than paying the extra money.
I would not recommend to use Travel Agency - *Apple Journeys* services as they focus more on trying to get the more money from their customer than increasing customer experience.

It was a great experience, service was very good, enjoy fullest, beautiful honeymoon trip to Bali. Thanks for making it so special Vikas saklani

The driver was coordinated and came with timingly.the service and fooding they provide is superb.we enjoyed a lot and my wife liked it too.thank u apple journey and thanku sheetal ji, vikash ji for your help and support.
