Okay. Why two stars right?
Let me explain so that you can improve our experience next time.

Let me start with good things first.
Hotels wonderful (Manali, kasol)
Punjab hotel was okay.

Bus travels, Tour guide all friendly

But let's come the worst part now.
Train tickets were RAC means two persons sharing one sleeper seat in non A/C which was the worst experience and sleepless night.

If they improve this you can trust them and proceed with your tour.

I booked 2N 3D trip for Manali, Hotel & Its Food was great, they provided well maintained cab’s and expert driver who guided us well throughout the trip. Special thanks to Ms Parul Sharma for planning my trip to be Outstanding.

Sorry to say this travel agency spoiled our recent trip to shimla. They charged Rs 12000 for chandigarh to shimla and back with 3 days stay at Shimla with almost zero local travel. The driver run away on 1st day at shimla withoutinformation. It appeared this was preplanned by travel agency. Then after hours of follow up they arranged a local cab for 3 days at shimla.
On 4th day for return to Chandigarh they informed I request everyone not to have about a new driver. We came to know that for cost cutting they do this piecemeal driver. While customer expects that same driver and cab to continue.
They are a cheat and I request everyone not to do any business with them.

Recently hired taxi for 5 days from chandigarh to manali visit.

Whole tour was amazing and specially Driver (vicky) also very good during whole tour.

Deepika madam is too good and very co operative. But the driver they provided me ruined my trip, it was a terrible experience. Beware of the driver named NEEL. He is out of control of the agency. Please check the driver name before going with them, if the name is NEEL u better cancel ur booking. Terrible experience to me….
