Oh boy what an amazing experience pure bliss. In this todays world we are surrounded by toxicity, detox on all level is much needed.
Away from the hustle & bustle of the dail rat race this place give u the perfect break break from the race to sit back relax, enjoy the small beautiful moments of life. The whole center has a positive vibe, peaceful so close to nature. The treatments here they offer can really give ur body & soul a connection that some of us have lost. Although my visit was just a day visit cant wait to just go here for some days. The teachers Dr. & the staff are so humble & welcoming they really make u fee like home here.

My visit to Vrindavan Chikitsalayam was nothing short of amazing. It's like my body and mind needed such a rejuvenating experience and I never realised it. First thing when we enter the Chikitsalayam after a 40 mins. Drive from Chandigarh is a peaceful Vishnu temple. The aura of this place is so peaceful and this sets the tempo for the entire stay at this huge property.
The Food is Healthy and Nutritious, they have expert Dieticians who also advise specific dishes for different patients per se. I had signed up for the Special Ayurvedic treatment where they gave an ultra relaxing Full Body Massage with Medicinal Herb infused Oils.
They have expert Doctors, Masseurs, etc. Who give proper advise targeting various ailments of different patients.
The property is huge, well maintained and I Loved the soft Relaxing Flute music which plays 24/7 around the Home Stays. It's quite an experience which I won't forget for a long time.

One of the best and most memorable trips of my Life, was a few weeks back when I went to Vrindavan Chikitsalayam. Far from the daily rut and tensions of the city life this was a much needed breather. This is a wellness centre and is much more than a visit or stay in the hills as they've got expert Doctors, Dieticians, Chiropractors, Masseurs, etc. All focused on alleviating the ails, diseases and tensions from the body.
The Focus here is as much on the Mind as on the Body. Regular Yoga and Meditation sessions in a sprawling green property within hills. The Stay Rooms are airy and even if you sit in the balcony or Swings just for half an hour you'll be at peace, such is the vibe of this place.
I took the Naturopathy course and it has been immensely helpful to me. You need to take out time for a few days for the effects to seep in and create a new improved version of yourself. The whole process includes a Full Body Mud Bath, Oil Massage, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam, accupressure, etc. All done by experts.
I can't emphasize enough how good all this really was. The Food is simple yet nourishing. There are two temples on the property plus a very well maintained Gau-Shala, scenic views all around and they also practice Organic Farming.
This time I went there with my friends, next time around I can't wait to visit with my family.

Planned to go Kerala for ayurveda therapy earlier. At VAC its like best ayurveda treatment available in serenity of hills.
Staff is excellent. Staff is also very compassionate.

This is excellent place for detoxification of body. Peaceful in compare to Kochi and kottakal. Ample of free space. Best time to visit in month of September and October or after summer. Bit expensive but worth visiting.

I thought the hospital was not of standard. No coordination between doctors and admin. The dr is too busy with opd and in patients are ignored. Terribly run when compared to AVS branches in Kerala. Bad ecperience

I been to Arya Vaidya Sala in December last year. I found the doctors and the treatments amazingly effective. The rooms are superbly clean and the surrounding gardens are beautiful. I found the Baddi facilities to be better than their centres in Delhi and in Kerala. Must try and worth the visit!
