The review belong to two parts mainly, property/amenities wise and service/staff wise. Read complete review for actual experience and decide accordingly to avoid regretting later.

Pros:

Property and Rooms: Starting with the pros of hotel, property is beautifully built, Rooms are spacious, corridor area was lightened, lobby was big enough and give you feel of good vibes, and had ample parking space and valet parking. This will convince you easily to book this property. They had restaurant, playing area, two small gardens and kids area separately but was non functioning.

Food: Food was always good enough whether buffet, breakfast or a la carte. You can’t regret ordering from here and justify your booking decision.

Cons:

Front Staff: The hotel is Very Very badly affected by the front staff response and attend abilities. They are pathetic, unprofessional, and unaware of the practices they are following. You can regret your booking decision right just after reaching to the front office staff. Sometimes they don’t know what to do, sometimes they doing things wrongly, and rest if the time they don’t even know how to response. My suggestion, just scrap your front staff completely without any another minute delay. I had a word with Manager Aman Jaiswal, but still hard to believe that he can manage things single handedly. They need harsh and immediate decisions to took to make things well again. Staff is doing injustice with the property and whatever salary they are taking. And please remember, I am talking about front staff/ reception staff only, Restaurant and Housekeeping staff was doing comparably fine enough.

Crowd and Rules/Regulations: The place is badly affected by poor crowd, Stag Entries, Corporate Bookings and very well supported by the staff itself. They were allowing them to go anywhere they want, do anything they want, smoke wherever they want (in rooms/ at reception/ kids area/ lawn area/ corridor) even when they posted no smoking stickers. Hotel is Playing dj beyond the said times at restaurant and arranging other devices in the corridor till late night. The corridor is full of cigarettes buds and condom packets and outside girls are allowed till late night without any objection. People are shouting till late and throughout early morning without any objection from the hotel side and when reported these things, the staff said What we can do. Even the rooms allocated to corporates or stags are unevenly allocated to all levels of building, instead of allocating to limited level or to floors.

The place is strictly not for family person, or a couple or for elderly, who are on a leisure trip, and surely a unsecured one. All these things are easily managed by staff, but no one bothered to take any initiative and worst thing is they don’t take this all as a complaint even. Not advisable to book this hotel till these issues are figured out, otherwise no use of this beautifully set up property.

Property is very good, rooms are specious. Foods are awesome. Staff is very polite. Overall service is excellent. Need to improve play section for children.

We have just came from the royal ark hotel it was just heaven experience their location of property, their staff, their rooms, their food everything was very very good the staff was very helpful and kind, rooms were very clean, every corner of this hotel was beautiful we all are just love the ever thing in this hotel we recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to make their holidays paradise.

We did a destination wedding on 9th and 10th April 2022.we are satisfied with services and mangar aman is very cooperative in all manner. Rooms are neet and clean. Food was also very delicious.staff was professional and polite overall good hospitality.every guest was satisfied.

My life ever worst experience in this hotel, their staff don't have any sense and manners how to talk with visitors, they are behaving like goons, very bad and dirty property, rooms are very smelly have very old furniture specially mattress which are very hard. I have booked their top most room category worth Rs. 8500 in which they don't have any iption of breakfast and on end moment sudden one of my friemd joined us for which they charged from us 3000 for that extra 1 person, i have booked suite room in which they have provided one sofa cum bed and 1 queen size bed, even on ibibo if you select 2 persons to 3 persons in a single room the only difference is around 500-600 but they charged from us 3000 when we have tried to bargaining their staff misbehaved with us and even blocked our way by shutting down the doors so that we couldn't step out from hotel, really pathetic experience, please don't go for this property if you value your hard earn money and don't want to get embarrassed by their goons staff members.

If you are looking for a nice silent peaceful vacation, this is the place.
If you are thinking i have seen it all and just want to relax alone or with family this is the place.
A must one time stay.

The location is a little misleading. Tedious approach. Food is ok types. Place is nice n beautiful.

First of all this is property is not on same road to kausali, but is in village Dharampur, which makes you travel about 40 mins drive to kasuali mall road ; Excellent view and nice rooms, but to note during winters you might not find room heating up to the mark, it none when I stayed and I could easily feel the chill as soon as I come out of blanket. Buffets serves average food, We ordered Roti and it cold and full of sand baked into it, so hard to say what kind of quality they maintain, very poor food, staff is courteous and humble. If i have to rate my 2 day stay it would 2 stars and that is only coz of staff we interacted with was very humble. Hotel management needs to look into the quality of food along side heating and air-conditioning

Not the 4 star property that we expected. This is located in Dharampur not Kausli. Room are not maintained up to the standards. Bedsheets were not that clean. Food was good enough.

Overall ok experience for stay, as mostly room service staff is good and smiling.
(Except food serving or kitchen staff, the food serving or cooking staff is not trained properly, on our party day (as a guest) They lacks half of the menu from the start of the food in the party till the middle of the party and thing are produced very slow and like a sample and never again.

Property and its reception is good.

In my room there is problem in my washroom of water logging near sink.

In playing area Snooker tables are damaged. Area is not cleaned from few days I thing. I am unable to understand how they are managing the resort.

Due to excess developments in near property photography areas are very limited.

Poor customer service and unfriendly hotel staff. Electric kettle didn't work, iron was broken and of Poor quality. On top of that didn't get hot water for bath. Didn't enjoy our stay very bad experience. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all.

Hotel was hygienic. The staff was good.maybe a little improvement on the responsiveness! The breakfast and food items are tasty!
I found a little goof up regarding to the rooms which were offered to us. Double confirm the rooms with the hotel before booking.

We stayed here for 4 nights with my family group and enjoyed the place all things were fine and well maintained except few plumbing issues the staff was very helpful and nice and courteous food was tasty rooms are spacious and clean, I personally recommend travellers to come to this property

Valet parking driver was unprofessional. Put dent on my new car while parking. I noticed later after checking out. I called the reception to compaint, they said we cannot do anything and told me to talk to the driver. They are not responsible for their own staff. Poor management

The hotel is good but a little pricey given what it offers. Not all rooms (of same category) are same. Like, we took two duplex suits - one had balcony but the other didn't.

It's a beautiful and amazing place. The reception area is very beautiful. Many art pieces and decoration. Rooms have cards instead of keys which we have to scan at door entry. Rooms are also great from the inside. Great place to also set up marriage functions. There is central cooling and heating with personal temperature control. Good choice of food. Great menu. Overall, great experience.

This place is on the outskirts of Kasauli. So if you are looking to be near the town, then this is not an ideal place. The view is OK, not that good. Rooms are good for a cozy stay and the food was awesome. However, don't go by the words of the hotel staff. They claim to have a trek nearby but it's nothing like a trek, not even a trail or hike. Small lawn and gym.

Beautiful resort surrounded by greenery and hills in Dharampur (Solan). World class food and nice team of staffs. Best place near Shimla for holidays.

Great location with amazing view of valley from hotel balcony on each floor. Nicely maintained property, very spacious front office with aesthetic look all around. We stayed here for 2 nights & mostly spend our time in this hotel, good chef having knowledge of variety of dishes, we ordered different types of snacks fish with lemon curry, tandoori fish, chicken tikka, paneer tikka in the bar. Everything thing was so tasty & appreciated by all group members. We met the owner Mr. Bawa & chief administrator Mr. D. P. S. Chauhan here & really like their attitude towards guests. So caring & helpful. We have decided to visit again.
