The rooms were good as of hostel, hygiene was on point and staff was familiar and it is in located in old Manali so best thing is less noise and great view and near location are also good

Steep high, auto take 300rs from mall road to hotel i.e. Is 3kms only.
If you try to go by foot its a small trek.

The counter boy with long hairs has extreme level of attitude.otherwise care takers are very very friendly.

The hostel is located at one of the best locations in old manali. Ankit was a great host and made me feel at home by providing all the details and itinerary. The rooms were clean and bathrooms were sanitized.

Awesome place to stay, owner is super friendly and coperative, great service loved my two days stay here, highly recommended

- The domes are clean and spacious.
- The view is just spectacular.
- The staff is great and really service minded.
- They can accommodate for veg and non veg food which was very comforting, food is also super tasty.

As a travel photographer my self this place is heaven. It a hostel so you will meet many new people from all corners of World. Yes it's far from the tipcal city crowd but the staff is really helpful and place is well maintained.

Nice view but service very poor. Place is not clean properly. Food service is not available in premises. You have to walk 1.5 km to eat food at reasonable rate.

The property is awesome and nicely located near to tourist hot spot, Prime location. Food and service is very good.
Would love to visit again. Value for money, excellent service, cleanliness. The room was lovely, super clean.

I heard alot of about this property before visiting this place & I am happy this fulfilled my expectations. This property is located 2 Kms away from the hustle bustle of Mall Road & offer you open view of valley. You can see Rohtang & Hamta pass views from the property itself. Room & washroom I found clean & comfortable. Hot water you can find in washroom. Their food is really homely and delicious. I got a bed with valley view, you just open your eyes in the morning & can see the whole valley from your bed. And yes, the next day I arrived Manali received snowfall & I felt lucky as there was no snowfall around Mall road area but it was happening at the property location which is on a little height. Manager Manish & owners are really nice & helpful guys.
Would recommend you all to stay at this place atleast for an experience.

This place is good to work from and have fun.beds are comfy and blanket do keep you warm in -8°. Good vibe.shout out to RD bhai and Manish. Bahubali and Dilip rock. Backpacker panda Manali rocks

Pros: view from the location
Cons: dirty dorm rooms, dirty washrooms, common room is stinky.wifi doesn't work.

Even after asking to clean the room and washroom, noone was bothered to take care of things. When asked for extra blankets they denied saying we have limited number of blankets.very much disappointed, photos are deceiving.

Worst experience ever. Bad quality rooms and even worse hospitality.
No electricity backup, hence no light and heater for hours

Common area looks cool and is very comfortable.

This hostel is hygienic and has a good vibe. I received a very good service, suggestions and guidance for my Manali trip as it was my first solo trip.

If you're looking for a sweet location with good views and snow capped mountains, this place offers all. Its located at the end of Log Huts road. Reaching here is a task but worth it. The dorm rooms are clean and spacious. The views from balcony are great. The common area is big and with many spots where you can sit and chill. They have games and guitar and a fire place. The location is far from the city crowd. The hosts are animal lovers with pet dogs. They have boilers at each floor for the hot water. The washrooms are clean and spacious.
The only thing bad was the wifi. Since they promote it as a workation, i won't recommend if you're planning to work from here. Its really slow and infrequent.
Another bad thing was the kitchen amenity. They provide food as per their timings. You won't be able to order anything late at night. And since its miles away from any shop around, you'll be stuck here all hungry. Food is expensive and its obvious because of the location.

Beautiful Place to stay in Old Manali with an amazing view and must checkout the common area, Common area is one of the best places here and the Paintings there are fabulous. A very comfortable stay with cozy bunk beds.and you will find some of the crazy people in Backpackers Panda. Staff is friendly and helpful. You will also find 3 good dogs who love hiking.

One of the best places to stay in Manali, the hostel is very good, the owner of the hostel, Ankit Choudhary is very generous and helpful. Staying in backpacker panda is like living in home. The food is also nice. The view from this place is absolutely amazing. You get a panaromic view of old manali village and vashisht village. If somebody is planning to visit manali then backpacker panda is the place to consider.

Very good and sufficient facility in best and cheapest cost. Also you will feel the beauty without any charges and discomfort.overall complete stay for a person. But yes a little bit uncomfortable to reach there at place it's can be very full of tiredness.but as soon as u will reach there u will be full of joy and peace.

Being a student who loves traveling with his friends, I loved this place. Totally economical, helpful staff and good views. The people out here are totally helpful! I'll recommend this to everyone out there! Happy backpacking!

It's a place to be for youngsters with a budget. Amazing stay with super deluxe room accommodations and a the real view of the snow on Himalayas.

Only one word can describe This place, " Value of Money". This place is one of the affordable hotel in Manali. They provide Sharing as well as personal rooms. Its better to stay their if you are going with friends. Also u can book a complete room for your family which may have 4 or 5 beds. Only the thing is this hotel is not connected with Manali Bus stand. Every time you have to opt auto Rickshaw to reach bus stand. But I would like to suggest you that one can afford the Auto rickshaw fare if you are getting such a pleasant atmosphere surrounding the hotel. This hotel is on top of one hill. In winter/Summer you can view an awesome scenery from hotel Galary. Must visit!
