Bahadur Dhaba (Corn Chapattis) Makki di Roti

Very tasty makke ki roti, sarso ka saag, Daal with ghee, they serve great food which is better than many of the five star hotels

We visited this place during out trip back from Manali. Though we had to drive 11 km extra to reach this place from highway but it was worth it. The delicacies are all prepared on challah and served with desi ghee. So, if you are craving for pure, homely and traditional food in a setup not meant for flaunting selfies this is the place. The staff is great and prices and very reasonable.

Wanna taste actual food of mountain people go there. They give you exact food that the common people use for there meal.

Only place in bilaspur who serves maah ki daal with makki ki roti all season along with kadi rice and salad.

Don't go by the looks of the place.

The food here is basic. But believe me. The taste is excellent.

Many people don't even know this place. But the authentic flavours of the food shall definately make you visit this place again and again. Even my cab driver wasn't aware of this gem.

If you guys want to taste something traditional makki ki roti sarso ka sag with yellow dal must visit here. Very tasty and under rated place.

Makke ki roti with daal and loads of ghee is just so delicious.

A perfect stopover for having 'Makki di roti or Challi ki roti' with Dal and curry. Do ask for 'mirchi' wherever you are there. Also, they make awesome tea ️

One of the best dahba on the way to kullu for fresh food. U r served Daal, Kadhi, Saag with makki ki roti in authentic style with Desi Ghee, in very genuine price. Must Visit Once.

Very good hotel on Chandigarh manali highway. Parking space available. Makhe ki roti and daal with sarso ka saag are the favourites. Ample seating area. Very fast service and polite staff. And its very cheap as compared to big hotels.

Very tasty fresh and authentic food served here. Corn bread is made of fire wood stove (chulha). With being tasty food is also healthy. Must visit if you are travelling in this area.

Awesome food. 5/5 for food quality, quantity and service. If you gotta taste authentic food please don’t miss having food at this place.

Local Desi dhaba. All they serve is - masoor ki dal, kadhi, rice and makki ki roti. It's not a fancy dhaba, but the food they serve is quite flavourful. Must try on your next visit to Kasol or Manali.

Very nice experience to visit this place. Every person was delighted to serve lunch to my family. I and my family really enjoyed (Makki Di Roti With Udad Ki Dall With Pure Ghee And Fried Red Chillies, Onion and Boondi Kadhi.

I would rate the food 5 star. Makki di roti very tasty and crispy with dal and lots of ghee. Very fast service. 80 rupees without ghee and for 100 rupees with ghee. If you want to add ghee more then you have to pay 20 rupees extra every time, but worth it.

Best place to have your meal. Humble people and best food. They use local makki not makka which tastes heavenly. Mahh di daal and curry and main delicacies along with roti and rice. Must visit place for every traveler. I am a regular visitor since 2017.

A famous place for meal break. Bahadur Dhaba is cooking delicious Corn Bread (Makki ki Roti) along with Desi Maah ki Daal. Must stop for try this tasteful meal. A complimentary scoop of Desi Ghee for along with meal. You need to park your vehicle accordingly.

Amazing place to eat. Delicious makki ki roti and dal and pure ghee. They serve the same dish throughout the year and is open almost all the time. You can definitely eat here if you are looking for food in the nearby area.

A dhaba with a set menu of Dal, Kadi, Rice & Makki ki Roti. And all it costs is 60₹ for all you can eat! Yes it's true! Go to Ghagas in Himachal specially for this. Or stop here on the way to Manali etc. Ghagas is a little before Sundernagar on the way up. You won't regret it.
P. S - add Desi ghee to everything for a few extra ₹₹ to make it even more unforgettable.:)

Very nice dhaba if you love makki ki roti with maa ki daal and desi ghee. Its near to Ghagas towards bilaspur. Washroom.facilities not available here

They serve traditional food. Sarso saag makki roti and dal. Sarso sag is seasonal so was not available. Makki roti was tender from inside and crispy outside. Tasted unique and delicious. Dal is a usual black dal, they seem to prepare makki roti in tandoor, it is very unique and delicious. It is a famous dhaba and pretty crowded usually. For a plate of makki roti sarso saag and dal they only charge about 50 rupees per person. They serve unlimited quantity. It is amazing only trouble is the seating which can be very hot and sweaty in summers.

This is the best place to have traditional himachal food. They serves makki ki roti (corn floor cake) and urd ki dal (Lentil) with ghee. While in punjab makki ki roti is served with sarso ka sag. They serve it freshand one can see how corn floor chapatis are made. Incredible experience.
Its located on manali chandigarh highway and others can connect to this place from ghaghas.
