I had gone to take hsrp plate and it was mentioned on slip that punching charges included but after taking hsrp plate when I ask them to punch hsrp they refused it and told that they are not having equipment to punch it and please punch it in outside shop.worst customer service. I want to tell that kindly compare yourself with bajreshwari Honda and see the customer satisfaction given by them

Not a good place for servicing ur vehicles. They don't have the parts available in their inventory. Every time, they says, it will take 2-3 weeks for the parts availability.

Worst experience and poor management
Even after 4 hours of waiting you will only said to wait more

I bought Pulsar 125cc bike from this agency and When I take the quotation, that time the agent did the helmet deal with the bike on this variant but when money was transferred on company account then i receiving the bike agent said this offer/helmet valid on single seat. Very Bad Service Customer Dealing Not Good.

Very bad experience. Staff are really annoying and extremely delayed in services. Better change their staffs if the Bajaj want to retain their brand up to the level

The manager of this showroom has no way of communicating with the customer. Or maybe it treats hair like buying a cheap bike.

Bikes are good but their ground staff which provides parts for bikes is not good they delay too much.
Im disappointed by sangam bajaj. I ordered a engine timming chain from them for my bike and its going to be more than 2 months, they havent provided me that.
My advice to sangam bajaj - change your ground staff.

Very bad service.mechanics have no knowledge about vehicles.change the mechanics of your agnecy those do proprr work on vehicles and full of knowledge.

Your bike tank gets water even from a little rain
So please do something about it and your bike gets engine problem soon.
My advice to all the people is don't buy Bajaj bike if don't want your money to be wasted because once you take money no one helps you here!
Nor will anyone do bike work properly, their people who do bike work, they do not know what is the problem with the bike and the bike taken from them got torn apart in 3 months till Peking
And I had to get everything done again from somewhere else.

Company owned showroom so there is no problem availability is good as for service and spare parts it's good i think

Mileage problem not sought out.despite quite careful about bike servicing period every quarterly.rest is ok.only gears issue and pistons' very heavy sound (or of engine.). Not very happy but no complaints.

Service is poor when it comes to workshop.people are busy in their own they don't care about costumers.
No one is intrested to attend you. You have to go to them to tell what kind of fault your vehicle have.
Careless staff of workshop.
