*WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE*
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I am not exaggerating. Our stay was almost comical at this poor excuse for a hotel.
When we arrived the room was alright accept that the sheets were stained in multiple place so I asked if we could have them changed. The staff did it hesitantly.
Then, when I tried the shower no water came out of the shower head. And also there was no door handle at all on the bathroom door! This would've been excusable if this was a super cheap hotel, but it's not!
Next, when we tried to leave for dinner, the door to our room wouldn't lock and the handle literally fell off when we tried to close it. We contacted the staff and they said they couldn't do anything about it, after they tried and failed to fix it.
So, we understandable asked to be moved to another room, which they then demanded more money for! We didn't even sleep in the first room, or even sit on the bed. Or take a shower (because we literally couldn't). I can't make this up. Zero hospitality.
After finally agreeing to put us in another room, they placed us in a room with no window, a smelly bathroom and a bed with used sheets with hairs all over them.
I am a seasoned traveler, having lived and traveled all over Asia, and by no means am I picky or pretentious in where I stay, but this was outright unbelievable.
And the staff was the worst part out it. They were rude, unapologetic, and laughed at our reasonable requests and complaints.

Worst experience on my whole India trip. We were rudely welcomed by two 15 year old dudes who seemed to "run" the place.
The prices for the rooms they gave us were ridiculous and after bringing the price down a little bit they got even more rude and openly make fun of us. I don't speak Hindi but that was obvious. No one spoke English there which is no problem but I expect a at least neutral treatment as a paying customer.
The only reason we stayed was that the electricity was out in town for days and they assumed the only place with running water. Don't be fooled by the 'flashy' front of the hotel, behind that veneer it's rotten to the core.
The room was dirty and obviously not cleaned after the last guests. Dirty sheets, table, floor and bathroom. Shower head not working, no hot water, Really bad smell in the bathroom
Like I said worst experience for biggest asking price in one month India and two month Nepal.
Save yourself the headache.

The owner of the guesthouse was very polite and gentle. I reached the guesthouse at 2 AM at night and he was so helpful he gave us the room at very cheap rate while other guesthouse and hotels was asking for much higher price. This gentleman gave us the room just for 600rs. While everyone refused to give us the room at night this gentleman was so kind. And in morning he made awesome Alu paratha and tea.
