Recently I booked Shimla Manali trip through Bharat Booking Holidays and it was amazing trip. This is my 3rd trip through Bharat Booking as I liked all their services and my 1st preference is Bharat Booking only. They offered me good hotels, Car, and bharat booking is always good platform to plan long tours.
I would like to thank Bharat booking and all their team to make my trip excellent and of course very reasonable and competetive package they offered.

We booked our shimla and Manali trip through Bharat Booking Holidays. The entire process right from enquiry to final booking was smooth & made flexible for us. We have visited Atal tunnel, solang valley, Kufri, christ church, hadimba devi temple, The hotel accommodations booked for us were nice & clean with quality breakfast & dinner options. We were provided with a dedicated cab for daily sight seeing. The vehicle was appropriate for us & the Driver Mr. Gunander dev was very co operative and his guidance was really appreciated. Special thanks to Mr. Gunander Dev for guiding us throughout our vacation and Ms. Kusum Ms. Neha, Mr. Karan thakur Booking Holidays team for facilitating to make our trip & stay very convenient & memorable. I had trip with Bharat booking holidays this week in Kashmir. My Overall experience with them was very nice. They had booked good hotels & Cab through out journey as per my customized plan. They are providing this in cheaper rates compared to others. I would love to love travel with them again.

Nice home to stay in old manali. Perfect location really enjoyed my stay. Whole staff is helpful and had very delicious food.

Most unprofessional and money minder travel adviser ever came accross.
There is no option to give negative rating otherwise I could have given that.
Before making payment they were so polite but once they receive money true colors can be seen. During trip you will be on your own. They don't even bother to response back during trip trouble. And don't even talk after receiving money

Worst ever travelling experience to shimla and manali through this company. They don't provide the services upto the class and they are not at all professionals. The behavior of Driver was not at all good and even he took the other passengers in between and even after complaining to the owner instead of taking action against him he just ignore. After taking payment they just don't care about there services.

The response from them is really good. Until you pay the money. And the hotel is not clean at all and the cab driver (sham) will not get you on time during the sightseeing he will drop you as far as he can from the destination then only you will be tired after a walk. Dont go with bharat booking you can directly get the things in manali whatever you need in best deals. Humble request please dont go with adarsh annexe. Those gud reviews and all fake they will get the review before the trip in front of them. Concentrating on money and review not to provide the service.

I visited Manali last Feb through booking by bharat booking. Bad service. They are not having any link with the driver and the hotel directly. If you complaint for any service, they simply say what can we do. I would suggest no one to book through them. Go for some reputed sites or book your own private plan.

Such bad experience. Never ever book your trip through them. They promise you a lot but never deliver. They just want money and as soon as they get it, they stop responding. I personally was misbehaved by Mr. Sunny, Mr. Sameer, Mr. Rajesh, and Ms. Anjali who called me multiple times to make the payment but not responded to me once I got the payment done. Moreover, the rooms they gave was horrible. The way they talk to you over phone before the trip and after you have done booking with them is completely hypocritical and treacherous.

Very bad experience from the Bharat Booking team as they are only concerned about their money and harass you throughout the trip even if only a penny left for payment. They provide the worst of hotels where not even the bedsheets are clean.

Their relationship manager Mr. Sameer, Mr. Rajesh & Ms. Anjali are really having very shameful behavior and not having a cent of knowledge how to talk to a female. They can halt all the service even if just a small portion of payment left to pay without the trip being ended.

I would suggest a big NO to these low standard group and opt for personal or another!

we were guided this time in the trip by rajesh he was so responsive 24*7 and helpful in every step had a memorable trip and looking frwd for another

We 3 girls booked cab for himachal trip from.this agency the driver named Ravi was rude all time and lazy he didn't wanted to drive anywhere and lied to us stating all places are close due to snow. He even went to an extend of not allowing to put on heater and behaved I'll mannered thinking we were girls and would get scared, we finally had to take him to police' station.

They even tried scaring us saying it's an agency belongs to Kangana Ranaut's brother and nothing will happen even if go to police station.
