Situated near Chaugan ground Chamba near Govt. Hospital. It was founded in 1908 by Raja Bhuri Singh to preserve the cultural heritage of Chamba. Entry ticket is Rs. 20 per Indian Citizen. Rs. 50 will be collected if you want to use camera inside the museum. Admission timings are 10: 00am to 5: 00pm.
Awesome! Coins that were used during BC's are even kept and well maintained. And I got to see many statues and guns from early centuries. We were charged 30 rupees per head for Indian citizens and 50 rupees per camera which I didn't get it. Fines were imposed to those who take pictures without tickets for photograph. And I just managed to get the building and just the name tag of a statue.

At present the museum is taken care by the most hardworking curator Mr. Vijay Kumar Sharma, a Padmasri awardee, an ardent lover of art who has worked much deeper on pahari paintings and is one among the few renowned painters, who, has unmatchable knowledge about Kangra Miniature Paintings as well.
