1. Staff & service 5 out of 5; also you won’t regret the food decent with homemade taste.
2. Rooms- struggle to get hot water, very cold as it’s opposite to sunlights (no sunlight at all, after 11: 30 in garden a lil bit you can get)
3.location- recommended only if you have your own vehicle as it’s 4.5 km away from Mall Road, but good place if you’re looking for outskirts and calm location (going to Mall Road is an issue in night, while returning one gets auto easily)

A very good place to be because of the hospitality. I would recommend you to be there whenever you think of vacations.

Reached Manali with our small troop aat the most disastrous situation, surprisingly this hotel was out of that calamity touch with proper location not too much height not too much riverside, safe. With proper food, water and pleasant scenic. Tourist location nearby too are accessible Mall road, hamta valley, sethan, old Manali, Hidimba temple. Do visit High Beat cafe (which is of the owner again) pleasant view. Most important the Owner and his family, staff are gem of the people like Family.

P. S.: tip to the travellers go with open mind with weather conditions ahead.

There are 4 floors but no lift.
You have to pay extra for heater.
The water for bathing is full of mud. Mud did not settle down even after waiting for 40 minutes. By that time the water has also gone cold.
The kitchen is highly avoidable. The soup ordered was something that was sent back at twice the speed by which it was served.
Oh I forgot to mention they do not accept card payment. Only hard cash!

I had a wonderful experience at blossom hill. Every staff member I encountered were very delightful and eager to help.

Highly recommended the blossom, there service really bloom your mind and provides an auro for an owsm stay.

This is my second visit here at BLOSSOM. They never provide a chance to complaint. They provide timely intimations, and a great environment to enjoy and relax. It is the relaxing point in Manali and the one I would like come again and again.

A scenic balcony view and spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff is very polite and helpful. The food is also very good. A must recommend for your next visit.

One of the best stay in Manali. Thanks to the host for looking after us and heeding to every request. Rooms were bundled up with all the necessary facilities to keep us comfortable in such freezing climate.

Service is worst, no coordination between boys, they could not even arrange a bottle of mineral or tap water after several calls and more than an hour waiting. Rooms are spacious and located at a good location.
