Amazing view of Himalayas, Great Food. I have stayed in Blue heaven more than 2 days. Staffs are cooperative. Chief is available for preparing food of your choice. Hotel will arrange cab for sight seeing on economic Price. Overall nice experience.

Neat & clean rooms, view from balcony is good. Service is bit slow and food options are limited. They lack some basic amenities. They have own parking, so good if you are bringing your own car. If you are coming by bus then you have to take a walk on a bit difficult terrain. It is walkable distance from Mall road & they can arrange for a cab for sight seeing at a reasonable price.

Best hotel near to Gandhi chowk. Cheap and perfect for family. Silence environment, nature oriented. Safe and ample vehicle parking. Safe and secure. Staff is very cooperative and well behaved. Food was also awesome like our homefood.

Nearby location from main market and ambiance is relaxing. Staff is cooperative and helpful.made our stay worth.

Thw cost of food was way too high that too they took more than 1 hr to made us food.i mean who charges 50 rupees for milk tea man?

A little difficult to find & park your car. Service is good, views & rooms are good. Clean place. Nice staff.

Hotel Is close to Gandhi chowk. One can walk from hotel to Gandhi chowk preferably during day time because of the road and street lights.
Service is nice. Staff is humble and courteous they'll get you whatever you ask for quickly. It's fairly new but service was the best. Our package had Breakfast included which was good. Staff packed our breakfast even before their timings because of our early checkout

Best in the class room. Along with the best room service they offer. Very clean rooms.
Also the view that we get from the corridors is very beautiful

The first impression of this hotel is amazing. Our stay here was amazing.beautiful interiors and exterior. The view of the mountains are stunning.everything about this hotel is outstanding. Services, staff, management all are simply excellent. You must stay here.

Hotel is at located in a complicated place, downside of the main road and very risky way to go by feet.
Only Staff Varun is very help-full i, others are not even given a single help or not even interested to listen.
Me and my friend were stuck in hotel due to raining at the time of check out but the person who is wearing the spectacles not given the single response while friend were ill an asking for help.this is a worst experience in my life.

Worst hotel experience ever.
1 they don’t know how to run hotel. Forget about wifi or any other extra facilities firstly they should provide basic facilities like soap, toothpaste, shampoos. The worst part is their taps are broken and I hsve to use sink to fill out water for bathing. My washroom flush was used and when. I ask them to clean they don’t have any cleaner. When we reach hotel we ask theM to keep soap, towel in washroom because they didn’t put anything. They told us that they only have limited towels and they even don’t have hand towels. Their tv was not working and the bed sheets and blankets were smelly. Even they gave us cold food. The funny thing was when they serve us tea in the room, they ask us to give back the tray as they only have one serving tray. They don’t have separate rooms for car drivers. We have to let our driver use our bathroom for bathing. Don’t believe other positive reviews, it’s all by their friends and family. If somebody ask me to live for free I would never chose to stay there. We gave them 1000 rupees less.

Very good service provided by staff. All staff was very polite and supportive. Manager was very helpful specially staff boy varun was very good.room are very clean and hotel location was near by bus stand.

It's a good hotel but still under construction. Tea coffee maker is not available in the room but food is good but costly. But staff is very coprative and humble specially varun and Rajeev both are nice person room neat and cleen location wise it's 450 met. Away from market it's piece full property

The place is close to Dalhousie Bus Stand: around 5 mins by walk. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The view from the hotel is excellent. The staff is very polite and courteous, always ready to help. He gave us a mountain view room since it was available, even though we had booked a normal room. Overall excellent property, and due to the caring nature of the staff, we felt like we were living with our own family! Highly recommended for a stay in Dalhousie.

Since it's a new property services like wifi, celing fan, room boy are required. Food rates can b lil cheaper. Rest all good, specially entire staff is well mannered, polite, supportive (varun n manger) n was quick to respond. Well maintained rooms. Adequate parking space available. Peaceful n calm environment around. Money I spent found worthy. Good memories carried from there
