Best place to chill in Mountains. This place is on the top of the mountains in Pulga village. I walked 3 kms from Barshaini Bus Stop to reach this property. Rooms have heater and blankets. In evening time, fireplace are also in the property. Staffs are friendly and nice. Manager of Blue heaven cafe is Rahul. Rahul is very nice guy and helpfull for me.
