Tasty food, nice tea, great service and cozy environment. The cold coffee wasn't that great. All-over it was a great time there and must try the bakery.
A nice and cozy place which has excellent food. Great ambience, with fireplace in the middle. It has books that you could also read, while you wait for food.
The food tasted great but also a bit on a expensive side compared to the other local restaurants nearby. Would really recommend it though.
Ordered- Non-veg platter- not value for money and sauted vegetables were not properly cooked, difficult to cut with knife. Chicken thentuk- broth was very bland, veggies not fresh, noodles soggy Shapta Chicken dry- extremely salty, spoiled the taste of tongue. Washroom quite dirty. Ambience was nice but food was horrible!
Amazing ambience, Finger licking food and Subhash the waiter there was super polite and hospitable, Schezwan fried rice and hot garlic sauce was super delicious. Thenthuk is a must try. Delicacies prepared by two Chefs Sanju and Sandeep. A big thumbs up to them.
Excelent place. Great coffee. Perfect service of Rikesh. The food is really tasty, and beautiful view of the mountain. Best cafe in Kaza. Perfect place to spend some time in Kaza. Thanks Rikesh and hope we see again soon.
We went 2 different times, for tea and for dinner. Everything was delicious, we tried some ando momos and gyuma, and was super tasty. Portions were ok so we ended the night with a very full tummy. We have been serviced by RIKESH! Great waiter and kind person!:)
The food is a standout and is honestly leaps and bounds ahead of everything in the Area. The View and the Ambience are incredible and feel like a slice of heaven, definitely a great escape from the cold.
Ambience was great with lots of travel books and a few games as well. The food tasted good but more than half the items in the menu were not available.
Given it's a cafe, none of the beverages being available was a huge let down.
Excellent Tibetan food… Amazing confectionery, didn’t expect such good cakes and cookies in a small town like Kaza… They have created an excellent ambience that adds to it’s repeat value. Great service provided by Safal and his team. It pars your expectations in every way. Definitely a must visit place in Kaza.
Love the view and the food. The momos and mushroom were really good. They have cakes that smell amazing but being a vegan I couldn’t try it as it had egg. But whoever can, should definitely try them. My friend loved the chicken thupka as well. Sea buckthorn tea is a specialty in kaza, it taste different then anything u will ever have but it is worth a try.
Loved the location of the place. They done a great job with the interiors too, the kind of place you'd sit and chill at. Came here twice just for the vibe. Recommend trying the mutton shapta with the tingmo (local bread) and the momos The food is very fresh and tasty. The staff is also very warm and welcoming.
When in Kaza, visit Cafe Piti. The Ambience, polite and smiling staff and in the market, with unique local i.e. Tibetan style veg. And non-vegetarian authentic food. We were new to these recipes. But the staff helped us to find the best food and we enjoyed the food very much. Veg momos, chicken Shyapta, rice varieties, cakes and all such things. When you are in Kaza, enjoy local style food at Cafe Piti.
Loved this place in Kaza. Would highly recommend this place to all those visiting Kaza. The food, ambience and service is awesome. We had ordered Pizzas, Chinese, Momos, Thupka and the Brownie cake. Loved the entire spread.
Great ambiance and a space for every one to work and chill. Outside seating is good with awesome views. Local made flat noodles with their own soup is amazing. Parking is non existent because it is located in a busy market area.
Very bad experience. Orderd Oreo shake. It was very hot. There no ice. When complained to staff - they said this it is what it is, and it cannot be cancelled. Very bad service.
Ambiance of the restaurant is good. Cafe staff is very courteous. We had local food Thupka, Thentuk with local bread and fried rice, it was delicious and very tasty.
It's one of the most beautiful and comfortable cafes in Kaza and the food is great as well. We tried lot of things and particularly loved the egg garlic soup, mothuk and thukpa. Nice ambience and staff is very friendly. Special shoutout to Lama for being very hospitable to us!
Good food and friendly staff. Really enjoyed spending time here.must visit place in kaza. And the rock song playlist is great i have listened here.just suits the atmosphere
What a beautiful location and view this place has. Amazing experience with food and ambience. This place is simply what you look for- a mix of modern and local architecture. The Mutton Shapta with tingmo was the best I have ever had. You will not repent visiting this place.
Very nice place. Everything in that place is selective and creative. Food is very delicious. If you want to add good vibes in your Kaza memories, Spent some moment there at evening.
This is one nice cafe located at a place right where you wanted on your road trip. The food is fresh and worth the penny. Staff is courteous. Must visit place and recommended.
Though it was a couple of months back, but sweeping through the pictures I remembered this place which definitely deserves a review. Great ambiance, very traditional decor, good service and really tasty food. Mostly ate local delicacies which were very very good. Considering the weather and conditions, food was always hot and well presented. Tried their pizza too which was very good too! The space is huge and I think they can expand their menu - especially Indian food. Also they can be little faster in their service, but who cares about waiting a few extra minutes when the view is beautiful and the food totally worth it. I would recommend everyone to at least visit once and savour the amazing food these guys are bringing to the table.
When in Kaza, people visit Komic, Kibber, Chandertal, Key, Mud, Dhankar, Tabo, etc. They must include Cafe Piti in their must-visit list. THE cafe of Kaza offers sumptuous food at very reasonable rates. The thoughtfully created ambience keeping the local culture in mind only enhances the experience. Thank you, Cafe Piti!
If you're in Kaza, don't miss out on a meal at Cafe Piti! We sat outdoors because it was a pleasant evening and the skies were clear with beautiful views but if you're looking for a cozy seating with Tibetan interiors, I'd suggest you dine indoors.
We ordered a vegetarian Thenthuk (a soupy, flat noodle meal with locally grown vegetables) and a plate of Deviled Momos (momos cooked in a tangy-spicy sauce). It was one of the best meals we ate in Spiti - and are still craving for more!
The staff is lovely and very helpful - and have answers to all of your Spiti questions and you can spend the day just chilling in the outdoor seating area, taking in the views of mountains around you!
Don't miss this cafe right in the middle of Kaza market!
