I would rate the location and property as 10/10. We loved the food and rooms here. The property is well maintained and clean. We had other options for stay but zeroed down on this one because of humbleness of Mr. Navneet and Puneet. My favourite place to be when in Bir. The owners are true professionals and will not disappoint you with their service as you would feel welcomed.

A beautiful and very peaceful camp site to relax in between in the nature, very spacious and very clean stay. Perfect for families and group travellers. Highlight is the food.

We had an amazing stay of 4 days at camp cedar and regret that we couldn't extend it due to time constraint.first of all I would like start with the food quality and overall service of the staff. The food taste is top notch with an emphasis on the presentation of it which is very rare to find, all thanks to Mr. Navneet Rana who manages the property and is an excellent host. It is all his hard work and dedication that this is possible. The interior and ambience of the place is also looked upon very carefully. There is nothing that we found bad about this place. I would visit here again and recommend anyone who is looking out for a short getaway or a longer stay with friends and family.

Wonderful! The place and ppl are really welcome with best amenties in the heart of mountains. Simply something u look for when travelling with ur loved one.

No facility to manage room temperature during winters as they have voltage issue. They don't give you right camp as booked by any site like mmt so be aware and ready for camping adventure like any other without bonfire next to ur camp.

Found this camp on MMT, we choose this for it's location, close to nature and good ambience of the camp site. Camp Cedar offers one of the best Ambiance, View and Facilities. Rooms very neat and clean and food was one of the best of its kind. Special arrangement of Bonfire had been made for us along with Dinner.
Camp Cedar had also made special arrangement for Live Music. They had given a very good platform for local talent to flourish. Me and my family members danced on the melodious music and song of the singer and enjoyed a lot.

I am from Jaipur and this is my fifth visit to Himachal Pradesh. I have visited lot of places like Shimla, Kullu, Manali etc. This was my first visit to Bir and Camp Cedar also. My visit at Camp Cedar was totally amazing. I visited Camp Cedar a few days back. The Ambiance at Camp Cedar is beyond my expectations. I thought why I had not visited such a beautiful place before.
When I reached Camp Cedar I was greeted with a complimentary Hot Manchow Soup. It was very delicious. Later at Night Camp Cedar organized a complimentary Bonfire for us. We were served with Hot and Delicious food alongside Campfire. The staff and service was noteworthy.
The rooms were very neat and clean and they had taken special care of hygiene. The room were very well lightened, furniture and bedding were very well organized. As this is winter season and there is lot of cold in mountains but the rooms were very cozy. We were provided with extra 2 Warm Blankets, 1 Warm Rubber Bottle to keep us warm and 1 Thermos containing hot drinking water.
The staff members were very friendly and ready to serve us with utmost pleasure. I had planned a short 1 day stay at Camp Cedar but I was so engrossed in the beauty and ambiance that I thought of extending my stay by 1 more day.
Truly it was a worth visit to Camp Cedar and Bir. The staff organized our Paragliding also as they have experience and tie up with best paragliders. I enjoyed every moment of my stay at Camp Cedar.
Truly I recommend Camp Cedar to those who want to have such a overwhelming experience and enjoy the Best in Bir.

Last week I stayed at Camp Cedar. The type of Accommodation and food they serve is truly amazing. The rooms and tents offer the best kind of view. Accommodation is really nice and very well maintained. Food served at Camp Cedar Café is quite delicious and Lip-smacking. We a group of 3 to 4 friends enjoyed Bonfire also. Service and Staff was amazing. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

The staff is very courteous and polite and the owners make sure that stay is comfortable and go the extra mile to make one feel at home. The stay was amazing. They have the best service and food in the entire area, even better than the top rated cafes in Bir market. The hosts are very polite and professional people. A weekend getaway with friends or a vacation with family - this place is just right for everything.

In the beginning I was little bit apprehensive about the type of accommodation, so I searched for the Best stay in Bir. I came across some good properties but I chose Camp Cedar for my stay. When I reached Camp Cedar Bir, I was totally mesmerized by the location, hygienic accommodation and the hospitality of the hosts. The food quality and taste is tremendous and beyond words. I stayed for 2 days and completely enjoyed my trip. Camp Cedar also organized my Paragliding Trip and I must say that my stay at Camp Cedar is one of the Best. I wish to be back at Camp Cedar in the near future also.

I just got across one of the best Camping Site ie Camp Cedar. It is a neat and clean property managed by the owners themselves. I was just impressed by the Hospitality and the amazing food taste and quality of food served at Camp Cedar Cafe. I stayed at Camp Cedar for 3 days and enjoyed my whole stay there. I am planning to visit Camp Cedar again with my friends and family. I also recommend Camp Cedar to everyone.

I have recently booked this camp on my friend recommendations who stayed last week in this camp. Location of this camp is amazing as you witnessed the vallyes and Himalayas from the rooms. I booked the room with balcony which has wonderful views of mountains. Rooms are neet &clean. Food quality is good. I will be recommending this camp to all my friends.

Hey, our stay at cedar Camp was so relaxing and amazing.
Warm welcome, host were so friendly, even though it was raining they still managed for the bonfire to make our stay memorable.
The morning view is so amzing from the room to see mountains, greening, forest.
Food quality is so good just like homemade food.just the quantity of food was less according to rates but in terms of taste its all good.we meet their lil daughter Ishita, she is also frndly and fun loving, she made our trip more memorable by playing chess.

I visited Camp Cedar Bir last week along with my Family. The place is located amidst a dense jungle and the views are just Awesome. I reached Camp Cedar at 12: 30 afternoon. The road to reach Camp Cedar is a bit dusty but the views are just breadth taking. Though it is the month of September and very hot in the rest of India but when we reached Camp Cedar I got a total new experience of my Lifetime. A cool breeze was flowing and I had to put on my warm clothes. Me and my family members were greeted by the hosts, with a very warm heart. We never felt that we have arrived in a totally different place. Camp Cedar offers 3 types of Accommodation.a) Jungle Safari Tents b) Swiss tents c) Author's Room. All tents are Luxury tents and the Accommodation is really good. The main USP of Camp Cedar is that the whole area is neat and clean. Tents are sparkling clean and there is 24 hour running hot water supply to guests. Other main USP of Camp Cedar is it's Hospitality. The hosts are extremely friendly and takes very good care of guests. Food quality it's taste, at Camp Cedar Cafe is Excellent. Camp Cedar maintains a world class level in terms of Hospitality and Cleanliness. Camp Cedar organized our Paragliding trip and the whole experience was a memorable one. My booking at Camp Cedar was for 2 days but the experience was such a great one that I extended my stay at Camp Cedar by 3 days more. I never felt bored and enjoyed the natural environment and the sweet chirping of birds. I also did my regular Yoga Practice sessions and felt a rejuvenating energy filled my heart and Soul. I did not felt great when I left the Camp but I had to join my Office. Camp Cedar filled my Heart and Mind with unforgettable Memories. I recommend Camp Cedar Bir to each and every person who wants to enjoy nature and wants to have a Luxurious Camping Experience.

So I have had different kind of experience. We booked 2 rooms in camp cedar & then couple of more friends of mine wished to accompany us. So we asked Ravi from Camp Cedar to book 3 rooms for which he said he doesn't have 3 rooms in camp cedar however can book in his other property called shivirama camp with same price.
Problem was that camp is not the half good what camp cedar is, but Ravi charged us same amount. Latter we came to know he asked charging commission from other property & actual price of that property was not even the half. We felt cheated, paid lot of money and got 3rd class experience.
People like Ravi should be fired from the8r jobs.
