Chalal Trek Trail

The trail to Chalal is well marked, and the village has traditional wooden houses cafe. And it's also famous for party'. Barely 2 km away, the trek from Kasol to Chalal.

It's a off-road for vehicle and it's a very beautiful trek with Bank of Parvati river

The trek from Shani temple to the Kasol market is a beautiful stretch of road that is around 3 kms. We can follow the river and walk to the end of the scenic route. The route has some bakeries selling brownies and shops too. This route has some party spots also and you can get the details from the shops and bakeries. The road was getting laid and the path was a bit tough to walk as it was uneven due to the construction. Would have been nice if they had left it as is with the natural pathway.

This is the easiest and the most beautiful trek around Kasol in my opinion. The entire trek is alongside the Parvati river.

This trail starts from the Kasol main market and goes all the way to Chalal village. A quaint little village nestled in the Parvati valley similar to Kasol but much more serene and relaxed but be assured there are a butt load of cafes here as well for you chill.

The trail itself is an easy one through thick dense forest along the Parvati river will go you a slight tinge of Adventure.

A small trek Trail which is gonna take around 30 minutes to an hour. It is located right along with Parvati river. It’s a short track to a village called Chalal and you will find lush green forest and small shops as your visit to sell. Always you can sit in a cafe or enjoy the scenery. You can also then head towards Katagla and, and there also cafes nearby.

Chalal is one of the easiest treks you can take in Kasol. It takes around 30 minutes from Kasol to reach Chalal village. You can simply enjoy the beautiful view of the valley and the massive Parvati river while trekking to Chalal. Chalal hike starts from goSTOPS Kasol crossing the main market and Chalal bridge. The trek to Chalal village ends at Feedom cafe which is a 2 km long distance and takes around an hour to reach

A beautiful trail to reach the ATS cafe. On the way you will find deodar trees, river flowing beside, apple and peach trees. Altogether a wonderful experience.

Chala Trek trail is around 2 km from Kasol. It is connected by a beautiful bridge. Trail goes alondside the river Parvati which flows in full force even in summers. Beautiful Devdar forest all the way to the village. You can go with kids and elderly people also as the road is quite smooth &hardly any vehicle comes on the way to the village Chalal. You will find many small cafes as well.

Chalal and tosh also I love this place and after some time again I stay in kasol Parvati velly seriously this is the first experience in my life awesome

One of the most beautiful and serene trek. The trek is an easy one of around 3-4 kms along the river banks amidst lush greenery and sounds of gurgling water. Plenty of options to eat. The views from various points of the trek are mesmerizing.

If you are visiting Kasol, definitely visit this place once. It's heavenly and more so in monsoon.

Alongside a river so a beautiful scenic view. In between ample options to eat and relish the time. Easy trek so age doesn't matter.

Please go for this trek only if you are a group of 3-4 guys or girls because once it gets dark, it feels unsafe. Takes almost 30

Walk through the lush green forest. One of the most easiest trek i have ever done. Its a walk from kasol to chalal right next to the river, you walk through several villages and you will find beautiful cafes once you arrive chalaal and on the way too. If you are planning to do trek till rashol then it's another 3 hours of trek from chalaal. Foreigner prefer to stay there as the place provides you mesmerizing view of major mountain peaks.

Awesome and one of the best place to calm your mind and body. We feel so close to nature.
We can sit by the side of river.

Be prepared for a 5 km one-way walk to score the 'stuff'! The trail could have been cleaner but youngsters are universally stupidAll in all a must-go place.

You can't say it's a trek but yes you're going to witness beautiful views so.only if you've got extra time in yr head.go for it

Its a half an hours worth of walking. I'd suggest carry less baggage and definitely not suit cases rucksacks are the best way out. Carry as much food as you can from kasol because chalal is more expensive. Every item is priced higher.

If you are going to kasol and want to relax and stay a little away form the city life, this is it, if you want to go further, go to Rashol.

Nice small trek. This is the track for beginners. Best thing about the trek is that the trail goes along the Parvati river and the view stays amazing. Chala bridge is the must on your list if you visit kasol. Very happening place.

It's a simple trail from kasol to chalal. But it runs alonside a river for a good part so the scenery is really beautiful.

First time i experienced my trek and that is of Chalal Trek. Though it was tough but i loved it and for me every moment was mesmerizing. During Trek it was raining (which m fond of) that made us continue our trek in the wonderful weather. View from above was wonderful. You can look into some pictures for that

It's something you should do, the trek is long but you wouldn't feel tired watching the surroundings. Go in a group of 6-10 people. STOP READING and START PACKING!

Good place, but the place is screwed by visitors. You will find alcohol bottles, and garbage as you walk down the village.

Stumbled upon a serene cafe called cosmos 21. The ambience is majestic in the midst of orchid trees and flora that would keep you in a daze.

Awesome however very tiring trek. At the end of the trek, we were so tried that we were walking in slow motion however view and hot spring at kheerganga had taken away all our body pain (along with mental stress).

If you're visiting Kasol and are there for multiple days then often you will find yourself having nothing to do more. This trek is a relatively easier trek and I would recommend every visitor for taking it. There will be many spots where you can sit on gigantic stones very close to the river and enjoy the peace. Also this trek is famous for Hash peddlers whom you will find very frequently while walking. Beware of scams though i.e. Don't ever pay the money in advance. Personally I think it's one of the very things you can do in Kasol. If you are here for more number of days or want more adventure then go to Tosh as it is way higher than Kasol and offers stunning view of snow laden mountains.

It's harder in rainy season. Takes around 3-4 hours to reach the top. Totally worth it.
While coming downhill it will take around 1.5 hours.

Easy trek for first timers. I found various spots to chill at the river shore. Good cafes and eating joints all throughout the trek.

A short trek from Kasol. Its an easy treck of half an hour. The treck is along the river and through the forest and provides some breathtaking views

What a place to go! Wander in serenity and feel the joy of nature. The chirping birds, gushing river will take you to place you don't want to come back from. Take a hike here friends, you will not regret!

One of the easiest trek trails available which can led you to the nearby village of chalal which has beautiful Cafe's and home stays.

Its the inly good place to stay or wander in kasol. Riverside camping, overpriced restaurants but worth, scenic beauty was very good. Id say a must stay place with campfires
