Extremely unprofessional! Don't book this property. We travelled 18 hours to reach the place and the property cancelled the reservation on the check in date. They leave you, your family and kids stranded for some extra bucks. Better book some other place than inconvenience yourselves.

We stayed at CHALET WINDFLOWER Manali from 8/7/23 - 13/7/23 when Himachal witnessed one of the worst floods ever, luckily the owner of the property was also there who with the other staff helped and guided us through those tough times and made sure we reached home safely. Absolutely beautiful place and managed by beautiful people. Very loving and caring staff. I highly recommend this place (just avoid travelling in monsoon). Thank you so much for hosting us and taking care of us. Will be back soon!

We took the Orchard Cottage during our stay in Manali. The cottage is fancy with all the amenities and very spacious.

Money well spent.

They have a cafe which serves good food.

Located in Shanaag which is itself the best hidden gem village of Manali. Chalet Windflower has astonishing rooms with breathtaking views. The stay has made use of every inch of it's space with innovative ideas like tree log chess, Husky club, gym, hot jacuzzi and much more. The food was good and the staff were very friendly. It was a beautiful experience.

Beautiful property and amazing host (Sakshi). And the main USP’s are the huskies they just make the stay memorable.

A hidden gem in this picturesque town. Friendly staff and great food and yes dont forget to befriend with huskies.

I went here only for dinner and live music which was awesome. The atmosphere here was very beautiful and pleasant and the open roof top area is spectacular.

It's a very homely & cosy place, surrounded on all sides by enormous mountains covered in snow nearly all throughout the year!

Truly no detail went unnoticed by the sweet couple that built and runs this little Himalayan paradise. Floor to ceiling windows let you take in the mountainside view and maple trees just outside, the restaurant food is homey and delicious, wishing well, jacuzzi - you name it, they’ve probably got it. It’s pretty rare to find somewhere that so effortlessly makes you feel like you’re home - so hats off to Rajesh & Sangeeta for making it look so easy.

The property has less rooms, but all are beyond expectation in such a remote location and each equipped with a heater, electric blankets and a TV All the bedrooms have double beds. The Gazebo, Jacuzzi, Steam and Sauna room, Games room, Gym, Massage chair are common areas between both chalets, There is also a single bed in one bedroom. Free WiFi is available in all bedrooms, power backup is available at the property, A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Some nearby attractions include Solang Valley, Circuit House, Mijaj Hills, Hidimba Temple, Tibetan Monastery and pond etc.

The villa is in a mesmerizing location with view of the mountains all around. Loved the ambience, wonderful aesthetic sense of the owner and great service, thanks to Shyam bhaiyya!

Best place to stay if you visit Manali. The property, & the mesmerising view from the cottage is outstanding and can't be compared with anyone else. Worth for each penny spent
