Absolutely poor guess house.stinking.rooms.poor unclear bedding.stay only if u can't afford a decent place.in short both the location and rooms are below. Average.not worth staying a for single night.unless u r trapped and have no other option.to make it worse the ppl who operate it are reat idiots who don't know any thing about hospitality.absolute 3rd class place

Brijender ji, the owner is a real gentleman. During my stay on two separate occasions i had the opportunity to interact with him for long durations. He's very polite, helpful, considerate, always willing and happy to oblige. He takes personal pains to ensure a guest's comfort. He attempts to make a guest feel truly at home. I'm personally rather impressed with his attitude and behaviour. I have given overall four stars only because i consider that my highest rating and i haven't rated anyone 5 stars yet. In a nutshell, i highly recommed the place and it's owner. The location is beautiful, quiet, peaceful, scenic. Rooms are clean, laundry, bedsheets, mattresses, pillows are all good. I wil definitely be going there again, and shall recommend the place to my friends and acquaintances too.

Unnecessary high prices.
Service is not good as expected. Behaviour of the owner is not friendly.

All the facility in the Chandel home stay is good. All the rooms are clean and the food facility is good.

Everything is very good here, its quality of food and living room, rooms will also give you wood finishing.

Clean rooms, nice view, affordable. For food they have a cafe, where they serve food. Food was ok and little costly but home like. They have all the basic amenities in a room.

I stay here, and i guess this was our good option and the owner is too good i like his nature, he is very kind person. And when i woke up early morning, i remember the scene was amazingggg. You will see mountains and clouds surrounding you.

Rooms was good, not so bad not so extremely good.

Overall a very good experience

Why?

Because Price is too High taking 6000 Rs per month and giving two parantha in morning with tea and giving two time sabji and daal only at night can't take more then that, each time you have to wait atleast 10 minutes for everything, it waste lots of time of an student, food is not well some times good but most of the time it sucks, now lets talk about hygiene it sucks owner smokes in kitchen even those cook smokes in kitchen most of people don't know this thing but i have even lots of time, if you try to tell them something they will never understand juat going to blame you and gonna say "aur kissy ko toh problem ha ni aapko he ha " means other guys don't have problem whats your problem this shows how profesaional are they, not good place for students look rooms at MI room side in shimla if you are student at HPU or UIIT.

Now what kinda Hotel is this? From mg point of view only those people stay here who don't know about this place and have low budget of staying if you are a travler and wanted to see shimla it will be better you to add some extra money this place cost you arround 600 to 900 Rs if you can add few 500 Rs or 600Rs on it you gonna find out lots of good hotels in main shimla. (Note: its very far from shimla and here you can't find any taxi so the owner of this please gonna ask you do you need taxi then onces again you are gone hahaha so it will be better to stay in main shimla and you can contact trip advisors)

And Now Lets talk about those who come here juat for 10 days and 20 days for work af HPU (Himachal Pradesh University) they can stay here easily they will not have any problem, why because they gonna treat you nicely and quickly but because of this students who staying in this PG gonna suffer.
