Location wise the hotel is set at very nice location. The nagar castle and bike rental, Krishna temple are closeby.
Rooms and washroom were clean.
Food preparation was very nice. Felt like home.

Stayed here for 2 days, loved the view from balcony and room itself. Hospitality is also a reason I loved this place.

Magnificent experience. Rooms were very good and at a fair price. Aunty, the home owner, was also very friendly and helping in nature. The scenes from the balcony ever inexperienced by me and it was the exact place I wanted to stay in Naggar.

Had great time there. Service is 10/10, with awesome atmosphere. Would love to come back here again and will definitely recommend them ️

Had a very pleasant experience of staying for one full day. Amazing service in the form of breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner was given by aunty. It was a feel home like experience. The rooms are also spacious enough. Free wifi, hot water and lots of emenities.

The place is good, peaceful. The view is great too. There are nice good cafes nearby. The owners are helpful too.

Chandralata Cottage is on top of hill providing terrific view of scenic beauty. Further the Hospitality of Lata Madam is best.

Exceptionally bad experience; the host is very soft-spoken and seems nice, but: rooms are badly maintained, stinky and dirty (especially pillows and blankets) ; there is no breakfast and kitchen is the most dirty room i've seen in my life, I had to buy antibacterial soap and dishwashing liquid myself - there was none) ; we were charged for internet, even though it didn't work for 3 days of our stay and the host didn't manage to share his 4g connection; they tried to charge us for toilet paper (!) ; there was constant lack of hot water; there was no service to the rooms during 13 day stay and they didn't change the towels once; they use child labour - it seems the boys (13 years old?) who serve there don't go to school and don't receive any compensation; the rooms look totally different - they are small, stinky with dirty wardrobes and no hangers; finally, when we asked to book us a car to the airport - the host promised a comfortable big toyota, but were given a tiny suzuki, our luggage hardly fit and we were stopped and questioned by police (our luggage was on a front seat hitting the front glass) ; I definitely do not recommend the place
