Chini Bungalow Homestay, Kalpa

An amazingly friendly place with warm and generous owners and the super-efficient manager, Mr. Totaram, this place has awe-inspiring views of the complete Kinner Kailash range from its lawns and the small portico, as well as the shared balcony. The morning and evening scene from here, looks like a dream. The beautiful Kalpa meadows and orchards stretch out before you. It's exceptional in winter, when everything is covered in pristine white, and Spring, when the whole village is swathed in apricot flowers. The fluttering Tibetan prayer flag is a sight to behold and the soft chants of 'Om Mani Padme Hum' waft up from the Buddhist monastery not far away.
