Loved the riverside view in the morning. It's really beautiful view of the snowclad mountains moments before sunrise from the breakfast gallery.

Food is great. I loved all the cuisines during my 3 days stay at this place.

Rooms are very well heated and spacious. Washroom are excellent with a large bath tub.

This place has the best view in Manali. After checking quite a few places, nothing was as close to the view that this place provides. The breakfast spread was more than optimum. Blindly book it, if you want a brilliant view with a star property facilities.

One of the best hotels. Professional and warm people. Located just at the right place and awesome experience overall. Looking forward to revisit again.

Resort location is good just before old Manali hardly 3 to 4 Kms.
Rooms are also big and cozy temperature was maintained well.
Staff was courteous and good.
The only down side was food.
Buffet breakfast was ok ok not that good and dinner was pathetic.
Except food everything was good.

This is the best stay in Manali, with the best view possible. The rooms are pretty spacious and well maintained. The breakfast spread is very good and tastes excellent. Go for this place blindly if you want a beautiful view of the river and mountains.

Why over loud music always after 10pm night FIR against you under noise pollution act uneducated management

Very well mannered, helpful, coperative, joyfull staff who is highly dedicated towards their customer. Availability and self start to keep the royality attitude towards the customer add the stars towards their services.

Room furniture out dated, food is avrage, resturant manager and staff very good always smiling face and ready to services,

Hotel location is great, rooms and surroundings are awesome. Dinner was satisfactory BUT breakfast was worst than a 2 star hotel no dishes were served as part of breakfast buffet which are general for a 4 star hotel.

But citrus classic in dharamshala is not good at all as no staff no good food.no wakeup call.

Property is a bit old and asking for maintenance. But the location and staff were great. The meals they provide are also good.

We stayed there for 3 nights, without continues supply of running water, and it at all water came it was dirty water had a tuff time with the management also the towels and linen provided wast torned and filthy. No where near the standard of 4 star hotel.

We stayed in cottage area. Views, weather, water falls amazing. Like all other Citrus hotels, it was a fabulous looking 4 star hotel, perfect location with cottages alongside The food was very tasty and the restaurant service was very good The rooms were amazing and washrooms are very clean Ambience is very niceOverall a very nice place to stay.

Nice property, river side, bit away from mall road, electricity went off from 2 am to 4 am midnight and few were without electricity for almost a day.

Superb location on the bank of Beas, 5 km before Manali, rooms were decent enough, seemed.it needs more maintenance, i recommend the river view rooms, mind blowing view from the balcony, a well maintained garden beside the river, bonfire option is also available, personalised dj can be arranged, don't know why there is an awkward timing of hot water, i.e: 7-11am and 7-11pm. But that was not up to the mark, even we faced issue on normal water, yellowish-blackish-muddy water was coming out from the tap. This issue was faced most of the travellers at the same time. After complaining many times, we were assured and the actual reason was told as the pump issue. Breakfast along with all food items were pretty tasty. A big parking lot is there. A small room heater was provided (which was noisy) that was not enough to fight the cold in winter.

Nice hotel but the service is very poor, rude behaviour of staff, basic facilities like water also not available, very dissapointed.

Overall good location and facilities. However there was no central room heating. One small room heater was provided which didn't help in fighting the cold. Cleaning of room was not upto the mark!

Citrus Manali Resort is an excellent place to stay. Provides good food as well. Rooms are spacious with the view of mountains and river from balcony. Room heater is provided in winter season to keep the rooms warm. One can get bike here for local sight seeing and visit Solang Valley as well.

The stay in Citrus was amazing. The location was very good and the back of the hotel has a very good view with the river flowing. The food was very tasty and the restaurant service was very good. The only issue we had was with the water which stopped now and then. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Best hotel in Manali. Everything here is terrific in its class. Room, Food, ambience was excellent. Room service was really good. They also have gym and spa. You can go to their garden and see the bead river which flows back of the resort. I visited Manali on 7th June and stayed 3 nights there.believe me you will get your money back.

Food is good and caters for Indian taste. Was less spicy so was good for kids.

SPA / travel desk were used and were found to be good.

Mention about room @ duplex is good for kids who cannot stay in different room. Duplex room is better than depicted in the pics. Added advantage of two TVs.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Inspite of us reaching at midnight, they still served us dinner at 1am! Which is absolutely commendable! No other hotel would do that.

We enjoyed our stay at Citrus Manali. It has a lovely view of the mountains and the Beas river. Will recommend it to other travelers without any hesitation. Food was also decent and much better than Shimla.
