Cloud 9 Cottage

We made such beautiful memories so we thank you for your hospitality and generosity. Our hosts were kindhearted. The room was supremely comfortable. The accommodations were immaculate.

Worst hotel experience beds were not cleaned properly.the owner will make excuses if you complaints not properly.facility of hot and drinking water.the are making fool of the people.

The owner behaviour is tooo bad the will speak very badly use abuse words and harrest you also. Not a good place to stay. They will not provide service as they described and if you are booking this through any vacation planning company please don’t pick this one you will be harrest from both the owner and the company side …

The moment we entered the property, the room was messy, the locks were broken, toilet flush wasn't working, sheets were torn and untidy. One of the rooms we booked had bed bugs. The manager said 'jo hai yahi hai' on our complaint. On asking to connect us with the owner, we had another bitter experience. He denied it altogether and in return talked as if he doesn't care. The owner, Gaurav who lives in Delhi, is a very ill-mannered and discourteous man. The property might have been good if managed well but it isn't. It is a depressing one.

Our entire trip turned sour when they started repairing the room amid our stay. After requesting our travel agent only it was taken care of. The kitchen staff was no doubt the only man of warmth there. Other than that, the manager was very rude and disinterested in managing the place. We infact were threatened and the manager said he will call people due to some payment confusion between the travel agent and the owner. I strongly believe that the we were not the ones to be troubled. If the owner had any issues with the travel agent he should not have taken any bookings. But tbh, the travel agent we had, we have been associated with him since years. So, it wasn't our agent's fault at all. The owner literally asked the manager to threaten us! How crazy is that? Who does that? We had been very well behaved guests and we almost missed our bus because the manager shut the door and started threatening us. They don't have any staff. They just a have a poor kitchen boy and a sorry piece of manager. The owner seriously needs to learn how to run a hospitality service.

Misbehaved with us. Harassed us by locking us inside the property. The owner instructed the stafffs to do so. The manager of the property told us that he was asked to do so by his boss who was sitting in delhi. They dragged us unnecessarily into things and threatened us by saying” yahan se nikal ke dikha do”. I would never suggest this property to anyone.

Natural view from this cottage is mind blowing. Hills, greenery, fresh air and plants makes each morning happy. We usually sat hours in sitting area because of wonderful weather around this cottage.
If you are planning to visit manali, cloud9 is worth it guys. They are value for money.

Nice experience with Cloud9 cottage in manali.
They very carefully follow covid protocols with standard hygenic level, which was really appreciable because when you visit with your family, specially with kids and senior citizens (parents), health is utmost priority.
Hospitality was good and owner personally taking feedback from guests.
We stayed there 4 days and it was a pleasant experience.

All good and satisfying. I like the food quality there.it was too yamm. Their cook was so understading.thanks bas service thodi or acchi ho sakti hai

This hotel is the worst one, Staff are terrible they have no consideration, rooms are worst quality.beds have bugs gloomy ambience, smelling bathroom, pathetic breakfast and their manager Gaurav who stays somewhere in delhi he don't even know how to speak with costumers. Worst service, Staff will treat you as if you are being paid to stay in their hotel. No Greetings. No smile, you can't leave this property bcz they ask you to pay advance and once u paid They just don't care. They dont deserve a single star.

One of my friend suggest me this cloud9 cottage. So i decided to stay here with my family. Wonderful stay genuinely. I had Chinese dish there it was truly amazing. And i got room with valley view its like 'sone pe suhaga'. Staff is also good helpful they arrange cab for local travelling, all to say it was best experience with them. So thanks for the management and special mention for nitish thanks buddy.

No service, No Water, no time for.meal and breakfast, too far from mall road and no connectivity. They dont have staff to manage. Worth experience. Don't waste your money to book this. All the reviews re not real.

Good experience. Good view from valley side rooms. A bit far from main city and cottage is just after green toll plaza so you will need to give ₹75 per visit or get ~₹300 pass

No Room service, dirty room and no TV or WIFI facilities. Even we didnt get a mug of water for drink. We did not get towel and hand soap as well. The rating is shown here is false. Its very very far from mall road thats why is given you in cheap rates. So many customer comes and went our earlier from the check out dates. There is no one who understand your issue. Guys pls dont book this property. This is a genuine review and I have pics and video to share so you get the clear you all. We didnt get water in wash room as well. What a bad property.

If there would be -5 i would have given that the service is very bad they show some different rooms and give some different rooms
The sale's person by the name of TEK SINGH CHAUHAN drinks your alcohol and smokes your ciggerate without asking you.
Very bad service don't come and he willl forcefully tell u to rate his cottage

Beautiful location. Neat and clean rooms. Excellent customer service and very cooperative and professional staff. Food is also good in taste. Overall professional management. Many thanks to Gaurav Ji and team. For sure will visit again.

It's a great place to stay it have great view and food is so good that it like food was cook by my mother.

Nice view from the balcony and food it also very tasty just like home made and staff is also very cooperative and helpful. And overall good but it just lacks basics amenities as they don't provide. But other than this it is very good.
