Worst service.took my whole day for service of my vehicle.even after service vehicle made sounds.when I again went there to complain, they made me wait for more than 3 hours.there is a guy called sunny, when I asked him to Chek my vehicle, he ignored.don't know why they have such attitude.worst service.could have given zero stars but I don't have option for zero stars.
*Pathetic experience *False claims *Cancelled my booking and bought car from Hyundai (Received my booking payment only after my emails) *Unprofessional and rude behaviour especially their territory sales managers. *Seems like a sabzi mandi/bhindi bazar *Zero hospitality *Their problem is monopoly. *Senior staff alongwith Competent officials don't pay heed to the complaints as they have a monopoly business. P. S -Ask all insurance, accessories details in written on their letter pad or email. *I would have given 0 stard but it is not possible.
Mixed reaction, more annoyed than being satisfied. It took them more nearly 4/5 days replace windshield of my car. Which was still within acceptable limits as delays happen, no problem till this point.
BUT, below incidents should not repeat - I suggest everyone please look carefully in/around your car (to best of your knowledge) while taking delivery of your cars after maintenance. They nearly killed me or made me kill others, as they forgot to tight up some screws etc. And left windshield glass half fixed. Height of negligence was that they almost delivered me the car in such condition, but luckily I just looked at the error.
Lesson learned- DOUBLE CHECK the vehicle, no matter you get your vehicle repaired at any random roadside shop or big dealerships. At the end of the day, the driver will be held responsible for any mishaps***.
