Great rooms, first-class service! The behaviour of the staff is really really good. The location is also prime. A great experience overall. Highly recommend!

The hotel is on the perfect location if you are visiting Shimla, nearest to all the amenities. Their food was awesome and of good price. However they didn’t clean our room so well and there were so many noises whole night. That’s the only reason I gave them 3 stars.

Power cut whole night in winter till 6 AM. So no heater. Again power cut from 10 AM. So again hot water crisis, Light problem in bathroom. Horrible experience. We could see street lights and lights in other hotels, only this hotel had power cut.

Booked this hotel had no other option last minute offline deal. Absolutely poor beds. Paid them ₹4000 for a night and it wasn't even worth a try.

Clean hotel with beautiful scenery of mountains from the room window. Hotel food is not recommended they charge a lot for everything. Overall overpriced.

The bestest Hotel in all terms. It is situated at the mall road (ridge). They serve delicious food. The staff is really cooperative and nice. The room rates are pretty nominal and serves a scenic view from rooms.

It is one of the worst hotel in Shimla, very poor sanitation, poor service, there bathroom can make you vomit. I paid 3500 rupees for one night for a tiny room bcz of availability of rooms in weekends in shimla They charge prices like 4 star hotel but service is even not for 1 star.

Smells in room. Toilet are very bad feeling vomating in toilet too much smells. Very bad service. All Shimla people are liars. Cheaters.
Don’t go kufari all Shimla people are cheating in name of kufari. Worst places to visit Shimla

It was good but some rooms were in tidy my room was clean and everything was expensive they should reduce price of food in menu my room was big too but their season rate was increased please clean your other rooms too and reduce all menu’s all prices I can give 5 star but other’s rooms and price was not right

The most third class hotel on the mall road. The most pathetic service. We asked for hot water at 7: 30 AM and didn't receive it till our checkout.

Their restaurant service is even more pathetic. Some Golmaal is going on over there.

I had horrible experience here, Cabs are not allowed nearby the hotel and if you reach after 11 PM no one will gonna pick calls at reception and even gates were alse closed.

Third class hotel in the name of 3 star hotel with charges Rs 3000/- day & mattress spring is pinching. Food quality also not good. Took cab from hotel for sightseeing & they took double charges as compared to market. Have been travelling with family at various places during last 15 days but this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Pathetic

All n all i really like hotel cosmos. Very close to mall road.room was very big, Food quality is good maintained hygiene standard. Staff are well mannered.all staff and manager are good.hot & cold water 24/7 hr. Heater is available here. In future i definetly recommend this hotel to family, friends and group. Thank you for your service.i gives only one advice please change bed mattress. Wish u best of luck hope to see you real soon.

Never ever come to this hotel, many reasons have. Receptionist Sharma he is very annoying and disrespectful person he should remove from his service

Good and spacious rooms. No view. Wifi was ok. Food was delicious. No cab service provided. Near high courtparking opposite Clark hotel,

Staff was friendly. We had a good stay. A lot of monkeys so disturbance at night. Also we could hear manyvoices from the nearby rooms which was distrubing.

Location is decent, but don't expect any hill view its just near the special attractions.room service was good, food was decent with quick service. Only things I found annoying were, depressed mattress, worn-out pillow covers, leaky bucket, one non functional light and a barely hanging washroom switch board.

We stayed there for 2 days. Hotel is located on the mall road but on one end so you have to walk a lot, less food options available nearby. Hotel is average and bed have spring mattress which is very uncomfortable.

Location and food is really good. Great and affordable place to stay in Shimla with friends & family.

Room was clean and lived upto the expectations. Room service was also decent. I would suggest you this hotel if u want hotel on mall road.

I hand called and enquired for the rooms, but reply is so pathetic.i can't even tell u guyz.they don't even know how to talk to the guest.i had called again and complaint regarding the same.and they replied we always talk like this.u do whatever u want to do.have the call recordings with me as well.

The rooms are decent, as per the price they are really ok. The room service is good. And the staff is really friendly.

Location is great.the hotel is on mall road.so you have great accessibility.but they need to rework the interior.staff was polite and ready to help.

The hotel charged us 2240 rupees for the night. But i saw online the room rent was only 1615 inclusive tax. This is not fair at all. Everyone be careful.

Pathetic experience, no facilities whatsoever. From non functional water heater to electric kettle, everything was missing. Even the TV remote was non working. No exhaust in washrooms, leaking and damaged taps.

A good hotel and a pocket friendly too there is a lift soo dont worry if you tired. The room is very neat and clean and the bathrooms too are very clean. Thumbs up from me

On mall road.near lift which makes you less walk.if you are travelling with family make sure to book the rooms with views specially if u have kids.coz non view rooms windows are very close next building.you will see the next building's walls only even no lights from outside.foods are not good at in house restaurant.come down to the street you have lots of good options with less then half price.

The rooms at the hotel are not properly cleaned, also they provided single quilts for double bed accommodation, when we requested they provide us a double bed quilt, they said "we only have few such quilt's, whatever we have, you manage. " The staff was rude & behaved as if they are doing favour on the guests.

It’s an okay place to stay. I booked luxury room with them. The blanket in our room was torn from sides (we didn’t like it) other than that, the room was clean, the view was great and the food was very tasty.

It is on one end of mall road shimla. If you stay here, you start your walk to the other end of mall road, shimla tour is complete. Rooms are o. K. O. K.

This was the worst experience in any hotel i had face. Firstly they provided very filthy and unhygienic room where television was not working, they haven't provide any of facility like soap, comb, toothpaste even water dispenser was stinking. They have ruined my first day at shimla.

It's a cosy hotel not so expensive but it is really good if you are not in a situation to spend lot of money and I wouldn't say the food is great here

A room that cheap being so spacious and with awesome service? What else you want? Plus it was at a great location. Everything was just too PERFECT!

Servicing is very poor.location is good.may be due to its good location they don't need to improve on their services.they don't need to compete on any other factor for getting customers

The hotel is awesome. Food is really delicious. And the best thing about this hotel is the staff os very nice. Rooms are very comfortable. I would prefer u to stay here.

Hotel is on prime location but Hotel staff and services are not good. And reception staff is also need training of hospitality.

Rooms are expensive but no value 4 money at all.
The hotel view is good but no maintenence at all.
The rooms are big but not comfortable.
Coming to food is also expensive compare to other hotel and the quality is poor no taste at all.
In terms of eminiries there is nothing much they are offering.
