Sharing my personal experience about six months ago I bought a dell laptop and unfortunately, the Hinge of the laptop got damaged then I went there and they pasted the glue just below the screen they didn't call the service center, and also took extra charges. However, the laptop was under warranty.
Really Worst Experience.

Went for HDD replacement with SSD but unfortunately ran into some power issue
It was solved on the same day including HDD replacement and windows installation
