What A wonderful Property With A Prime Location I have Very Good Time With Family And Friends Must Visit

Today (30th Sep, 2023) I booked room no 107 in this premises, everything is good except the in dine room service from restaurant. Extremely worst experience I got. Never recommend.

Very poor service and facilities. Staff is very rude non cooperative no facilities for kids in providing kot for small childrens and also charge for milk with high amount.

Best place to enjoy your weekend. The hospitality was great, the view from the hotel is amazing and the service provided by the staff Mr. Dev Kumar and Mr. Tilak is great added to Mr. Kamal and Mr. Ankesh (house keeping). Overall best Experience. I would have recommend all people out there to come and visit once.

We have stayed here for a couple of days. Amazing behaviour of the whole staff. Very smiling and ready for the service. Rooms were clean.
View of the mountain and greenery was worth appreciating.

Impressive from outside and great view from rooms.

Stayed in the main building. Rooms interiors are worn out as well outdated. Bathrooms need to be upgraded (torn tiles). No operating instructions for safe, once got explained, still did not work. Sound isolation of rooms not good - can hear sounds from neighbouring room.

Breakfast buffet choice very good, but service coordination and flow could be better.

Servicestaff expect to be tipped all the time, which feels strange - are they underpaid?

No railing in the stairs from ground to mainbuilding and very steep walking stretch between the hotel and partyhall = high risk for elderly.

Very loud TV entertainment music in the sitting area.

The best experience I had in my life. Truly the exact definition of "A Home far away from Home everything is great and perfect from location to food really recommended for you-all

Woooooorst experience ever! I’ve seen better. I don’t even want to give 1 star. It doesn’t have any good lawn or well maintained garden. The entrance is such a messy and bumpy road. The rooms are also not well maintained. Our bed was stinking too much and that’s not all. They have so less food options which too is not great. Poor service. If you want to ruin your vacation you may as well choose this low, cheap middle class hotel.

Nice food, good staff, nice location, comfy rooms. Some cons - Sky Bar not functional, Swimming pool not functional, Pool table chargeable, Disc not functional, small balconies in Deluxe rooms - Wish they tell these details in advance for people to make a comparison!

Everything is just superb & Fantastic

Beautiful property, with ample space for various activities. I haven't stayed here overnight, so can't comment on the accommodation. I have been here with friends a couple of weekends for lunch and snacks. The food is good enough, and there's a big parking space for your vehicles with valet service. This property is suitable for hosting get-togethers and parties of any size. The service is also prompt, however, lacks professionalism as far as my personal interaction is concerned. Overall, it's a pretty good property with beautiful surroundings and enough space to host hundreds of attendants.

I was their with family, regarding my sister wedding on 18 January, 21. It was a amazing experience, all staff members are very helpful and very prompt in their services. It's a good place for family outing and stay. Keep it up team and hope to visit it soon.

Nice place to visit or to hang out your time
If you are going through car your car have to run on A straight upward road after you park you have to pay ₹500 per head which will deduct on your food later.

Great place to take a break. Right on the Shimla highway. Very helpful and polite staff. Food and services are very good. They have swimming pool, sauna and spa, discotheque, bar and a 360° revolving restaurant as well. Overall a very decent place. Recommended.

Debenture restaurant is in Kandaghat on Shimla road. A nice restaurant, good staff, delicious food, lovely place.

They are so hospitable, caring and polite. They can modify your food just the way you like or the way you want for your kid. Next was food 5/5 again. Finger licking oriental platter, garlic bread or indian food dal roti n sabji. Everything was deliciously cooked and tasted homely. It's a home away from home in the true sense. 2.5 hours drive from Chandigarh, perfect for a long weekend get away where you want to just relax away from the city life. I just adore the place n will definitely want to go back if given a chance.

Good Place, property and location. Food quality is on the downside. Moreover the buffet breakfast lacks the variety and satiety one could normally expect from a hotel property such as this Lawns around are plush and with a chance to enjoy scenic location while sitting and enjoying food. Rooms are spacious enough and with a convenient balcony. If you are lucky enough to enjoy the rain, it will only add to the pleasure of natural surroundings. Parking space is available enough and convenient too. Washrooms could have had little more in terms of accessories.

Amazing place. You will love being here. Full on paisa vasool. Amazing location, delicious meal and very budget friendly above all. If you are planning to visit anywhere near Shimla, Kandaghat or entire Solan infact, it's highly highly recommend.

The staff is good but the property maintenance needs special attention. Stained bedsheets. Broken furniture. In our stay we had 3 rooms and 2 of the room locks were not working. Even the lockers were not functioning properly. Please make sure that you keep your toiletries in your visit as the hotel provided are horrible.

Very nice hotel. Located on Shimla Kandaghat highway. A quite place close to nature. Breath taking view of mountains from its back side lawn. There have a small trekking track also. Rooms are pretty nice, spacious & clean. Room service was also good inspite of the fact that the entire hotel was booked for marriage function. There have swimming pool, spa as well as DJ room for leisure & entertainment. They didn't charged anything for kids mik which is appreciable though we were willing to pay that. Food was also good except Pander dish in the lunch which I somehow didn't found as per my taste. Restaurant service was poor on the first day as they couldn't prepare rice on time & ultimately we had to cancel the order after 15 min. Hotel is located at a height so entry to it is quite steep.
Overall I would recommend this hotel.

After tiresome drive covering 70 km in 4 hours property is on the right side on highway. Nice clean property. Rooms are noisy as it is right next to the highway. Good almost extraordinary. Staff helpful and polite. Food run of the mill but ok.

I was staying at a resort nearby in Kandaghat and was not happy with the food. Unable to find anything other than average dhabas nearby, i came across this hotel (resort), that is visible only when u are in the downhill direction (Shimla to Parwanoo). The food and views were both awesome. My family had a really good time enjoying the garden and the views it offered. It has a kids playzone and an indoor pool but indid not like either. There is ample car parking available inside the hotel.

Beautiful property: This is a beautiful property built in the midst of the coniferous trees of the Shimla hills. The well maintained vast green spaces and beautiful views impressed me. The service is prompt. Food is on the spicier side. The lights, television & curtains are automated, though maybe I would have preferred a manual option too. We stayed in the cottage. It is beautifully done up except that there are no openable windows, which is a pity as one goes to the hills for a slice of fresh mountain air & not be at the mercy of air conditioning. But, I would still recommend this property as an ideal get-away for a weekend. Enjoy summers!

The hotel is good, I attended a wedding over there, it has good area and there location is very close to solan. A good choice for those people looking for a destination wedding in hills.

I liked the hotel and the view in front of hotel very much. The mountain is very enormous and the beauty is beyond expression.
