Devraj restaurant

One of the top shashukas in the whole of Himachal. I was floored when I had the first bite. I also tried the Indian thali. Only 200 bucks and my plate was overflowing with fancy 5 star hotel standard subjis. I had crepes with different toppings too. So delicious. The Sabikh was soo good! However the pizza (olive & mushroom) wasn't up to the mark but that's completely forgiveable because all the other items I had on the menu were stunners. Kudos to the chef & the staff. The owners are good people always smiling & greeting theirs customers.

Really nice staff at the restaurant, nice variety of cuisines amd dishes.
We ate there a few times during our stay at Pulga (in a different guesthouse) and enjoyed every dish that we ordered (except for the aloo parantha which had a pale and quite bland potato filling) -
Dal chana masala;
mix veg;
shakshuka (which they served with fried eggplant instead of eggs because we are vegans) with chips and a well spiced salad;
soy milk (which we were super happy to find out that they have at the cost of 20 rupees) /water based oatmeal porridge with fruit mix (with the addition of natural peanut butter at my request) ;
And Soy based delicious Sakhlab with banana and plain cornflakes with soy milk.

Loved the ginger lemon honey tea! Never had such thing before! Amazing hospitality and friendliness. Must go place for food.

You'll love the food. And as per the quality and the quantity, it's more than worth the money. Devraj bhaiji is an amazing host. The tandoor (fireplace) is great and overall vibes of the place are absolutely chilled out. You'd want to try every dish if you're staying there for a while. Highly recommended in Pulga
