Pathetic service I was not able to pick call during morning so I called back at 02: 30PM they said they tried reaching once and will not deliver even next day. They ask if you need courier come yourself within 1 hour or package will be returned.

My prepaid Product delivered on site but not reached me

I not bothering services level expectation but there will no update real time, I suggest at-least update the real time customer end.

Very poor and rubbish service my rakhi reached here today morning yet today I called bbut they refused to deliver today as today is there party day I requested that today pls deliever but they refused you can check this screen shot pls I requested u to pls not use these people service as they told me so ruidly

Really very bad courier service we face till date.
No address and contact details shared by courier on site.
Next time if we get any notification that we are receiving parcel/order through EKART LOGISTICS, definetly i cancel the order.

Poorest service. Getting wrong tracking details everytime it's show different 1st showing my package comming from Gaziyabad and some time it's showing my package comming from Bangalore.

I am very disappointed with the service. I had ordered foot mat for my car. I recieved a message from ekart logistics for delivery, but i did not recieve my order. When i called them, then ekart cart employee said, we did not found your courier. Even before one day i recieve a phone call from their side, they were informing me that my courier is reached at their office. Till now my courier is missing, Today is 6th day. Today morning i found a message of cancelled delievery due to multiple delivery attempts. I am so shocked. These guys are so irresponsible.

Very very poor service I think this type of service should be blocked by all online shopping companies. Very bad staffs every time give wrong information to their clients and never reach to given address. Again I say very very very bad bad bad courier service.

Order not updated while it reached 3 days ego. But they dont update you or call you. Illiterate staff may b.

These sloggish lazy people don't even call the customers to deliver their package and returns them to the sellers saying that the customer didn't pickup his phone. And they dont have a contact number. Worst possible experience

So bad service, I think this service should be banned soon. Best of luck for these employee and management.
