Wow what an experience with a personal care taker and that to polite Mr. Dinesh. I stayed in 21 villa with my family and god blessed us with rains in extreme summer which was a blessing in disguise as Delhi were we come from was extremely hot and sultry weather.
To top the cherry the food and ambience really added value.
Extremely happy and not to forget Mr. Deepak who looks after the booking is quite polite and accommodating.

To start this is overpriced & overhyped property. Tariff is not on website so that they can charge according to their own wish even in the off season. The tariff they are charging for pool villa is humongous, at this tariff so you can stay at 5 star property in Goa which is one of main tourist destinations. Meal portions are very small, not appropriate even for one person. There is minimal hot water not enough for taking shower. The villa is quite far off from main Kasauli, took almost 1 hour to reach their, no local shops nearby. They have very limited options for food, quality not up to the mark. As per my experience will not recommend this property.

Worst experience As per hospitality! Staff problem overall. No ward boy or help available At the time we came for stay! No allotment of room numbers! Size of rooms is different. Should have been categorised the rooms as per the size.so that if any group comes. They should know how to allot rather than getting confused roaming around the whole property and checking the better room size or bathroom size. Room category as in: - Master bedroom (with size) standard room (with size) children room (with size) or if any other size is there than that should also be mentioned for better understanding.

Concept of indipendant Villas is good. Slightly costly but fresh air and close to nature. Good place to spend vacations. Hospitality is good.

I visited the place in feb end. The weather was great and i think the best time to enjoy the breeze and the great hospitality by the estate 5 staff.
They are very punctual, extremely helpful, active and friendly.
You dont need instruct them, the staff is well trained.
The breakfast is not great if you’re ordering North Indian dishes. However, they do serve fresh food.
The lunch was very delicious, so was the dinner.
Minimum 2 nights should be spent, since the stay is expensive but very spacious and comfortable. Wifi is very strong, no connection issues.
It’s great if you’re going for a staycation or a workation.
Parking is also available incase you’re driving to the property.
Beautiful property; definitely recommend.

Undoubtedly the most gorgeous property in Kasauli. The villa is so tastefully done and has such a great vibe to it. I visited the The property with my friends for my birthday. We stayed at Villa16 Woodside which is located in a private gated community by the name of Woodside near Kasauli. It’s a beautiful 3 bedrooms villa with on suite bathrooms. Comes with a private house keeper and 2 polished butlers.
The house is available for daily rentals.
It is truly magical surrounded by mountains, The infinity pool at the club lounge, the gym, the steam, sauna were an unbelievable experience.

Villas are well maintained but location not that great. Need to work on food menu too as very limited choices and that too not very good in taste.

Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. It was my family trip they were very happy. Even GM is very curtious & Professional. He was coming to see us everyday. We are staying in Villa 28 with family and friends. Also an excellent food with Extreme View of mountains. We will definetely come back with friends and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Interior and exterior are beautiful, although Greenery is less, i will recommend the owners to plant some more trees. But for spending weekends its a good choice.

Went to see the property as i was planning on booking it for me and my family. Was horrified with the kind of staff they have employed. The staff had no sense of respect starting from the guard at the entry gate. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this property to anyone as the road leading to the property is horrible and you need an offroading capable car to go there. It is also an hour away from main kasauli. There is no grocery or vegetable shop available for atleast 8-10kms

I have stayed at dozen of hotels. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate weekend. Overall, I had a great experience

How to ruin a family vacation 101: We made a two night booking for 10 people including a 80 year old, a person with a fractured foot and a child with special needs, only to be asked to vacate after a day because the management overbooked. The managers showed no concern in helping us find alternate accommodation. Having just snowed, it was one of the busiest weekends of Kasauli leading to a harrowing experience for all in the group. This mess after we had multiple rounds of conversation with the team.
The one night we did stay, they gave us the only cottage with over 30 steps to get to it even after they confirmed us a ground floor cottage. You can make the best property but it doesn't matter if you can't manage it properly. For us, it ruined a family vacation planned after a decade.

Excellent rooms, amazing hospitality and excellent staff. Food was very delicious and homemade 10/10. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.
Thanks to Ms. Bharti Rathee to cooperate with us from last 15 days, and Mr. Lalit to serve a happy moment to everyone. There was one caretaker, name I didn't remember was very courteous
Would come back soon asap.

Without doubt one of the favorite property I stayed during my time in Sri Lanka! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and manager. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.
All respect for Ms. Bharti for such a polite attitude, great thanks to her for managing everything for us.a true sample of excellent hospitality!

We had a lovely time at villa 5 with family for 4 nights.the property is like a private resort with all amenities available. Booking was easy with miss Bharti very prompt and courteous in replying to all queries. At property Monu was very efficient and hardworking throughout the stay and to top it all the Indian food cooked by ever smiling head Chef Rajesh is delicious and he is brilliant at whatever he cooks. Could not have asked for a better holiday during covid times.

Good place to be with the family. You get your 8 hour shift house maids, along with breakfast on the house. You can also order lunch dinner in the villa itself. Interior design of each villa is designed differently.

Second trip to this place. Must say the quality and hospitality have become extremwly poor. Hostile staff. A big no no for families. Plus the roads are all gone due to rains.

Villa 6 staff was good but the other day Villa staff were like they are doing a favor on us by even serving Tea/Cofee
Property is Amazing, Ambience is great and the Villa was top notch. Pools can be a bit better and clean may be but the bigger concern is FOOD and Hospitality which was below par. Not a great food menu for choices and moreover the items on the menu is also not sure you will get it, 50% that you get it to rest they say they don't have ingredients and charging way much for that food which was a big disappointment. Management needs to step up because if someone is paying that much for a stay they will expect better services and moreover food is always something you enjoy being on holiday but the food they provide is not good.
Rest villas are at such a beautiful location that you will mesmerize it but if they can add better management and skilled people in all villas that would be great to rate them 5 star.
Also, they ask you for security which I guess would be okay if it is a not a gated and secured property.

BEST PLACE ON EARTH! If you haven't been here already.it's high time now! Pack your swimsuits and your clothes and get ready for the best hotel in Kasauli. ESTATE5 has delivered more than required. We were a group of 7 couples thus choosing the biggest of the villas there that has 8 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining area with kitchen, 2 lobbies, indoor swimming pool, a snooker table room, indoor activities room with ludo, toys for kids, carrom, chess, piano room and what not! The best hotel I have been to so far! Amazing services in terms of hospitality, including all the meals with high tea, room service and everything. THEY ARE SUPERB! As and when you enter the villa, it speaks to you nothing but best of everything. Every room was designed not only for the couple but for the kids too, they have story books as well in each room! I can't find a thing they did wrong or were not on point. Just a place where you go find peace, laughter, fun altogether! They have a really big garden area so as to sit down and have high tea there. We couldn't get much time to check the infinity pool they have at clubhouse as we were busy in our indoor pool (that was amazing). The only thing that bothered a tad bit was insects there at night as it was all surrounded by lush greens. So it was absolutely not the fault at the hotel part!

The villas are beautiful and the setting is quite peaceful and pretty. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Giving one star less as their in house food is unbearable. Would suggest anyone going to go there after making arrangements for your food as they have fully functional kitchens and helpers available in each villa.
