We booked it from Airbnb on the eve of new year, it was an okay place, not worth the cost and hence the rating

The place has very serene view. The sky touching mountains and the voice of the river is so soothing. The food is awesome. Do try their ShakShuka which is yummy!

Beautiful location and a perfect setting to enjoy in the chilling winters. Above all, the host is very warm person and makes your stay very comfortable. Would love to come back to this place.

We visited the place few days back and paid Rs 2000 per night for a room. Positives: Rooms are spacious and food is good
Negatives:
1. No place for driver stay. The owner should understand that people visiting them will either drive by themselves or may come with driver. There was a bed in common area not used by anybody during night, but they did not offer it to our driver who had to sleep in car besides the river. They did not even provided a blanket for him. This shows the attitude of the owner. In my experience I have seen guest houses providing mattress or at least a blanket to the driver.
2. While booking the details says all inclusive, however they don't provide the basic requirements like towel, soap and toilet rolls. They are charging 2000, this is the minimum we can expect if not a free breakfast.
3. They do mention that the stay is 500m away from main road which I appreciate. However the way to guest house is through the rocky stones and not easy. It may take 20-30 minutes to reach the main road, so please include this time if you are planning to visit the center of Kasol which is 2km away from here.
Overall the place is good if you want to spend your whole day at the guest house. However the indifferent staff, expensive rooms and no view of river from the guest house drives the low rating.

In this trip to kasol, I reached at apple garden guest house at 2 am in dark chilling night of December. It was super cold there and we were on bike, started our journey from Dehradun. Rooms were quite warm and the person at this honestly was quite friendly. Enjoyed this trip.

I got much more than I imagined for my weekend vacation.it was a magical escape into the wilderness with green mountains, apple orchards and the river flowing just a short walk away. The host, Vivek is exceptionally nice person who made us feel like family. I'll highly recommend this place if peace is what you're looking for.

Location, awesome food and 24 hours service, this place has all you need for a perfect trip. Warm welcome by the owner will make this place your permanent stay whenever you visit Kasol. AWESOME

Guys, this is must recommended resort in kasol area as rooms are too clean and tidy, service is best in class, food is too good, must try fish here.i am giving it 5 star because it deserves. 5 star for hospitality. Love to food. Love for isolated location. Apple farm, plum tress and lot more.

Wonderful place to stay. Right in the lap of nature. Parvati River flowing a few minutes walk away. Wonderful host and excellent 24 hour service. Will visit again

Its a homely feeling here. Vivek is a perfect host for this perfect place. Will visit again. This place is in the best ambience? Sorrunded by mountains and river hardly 100 mts away. If you are looking forward for a relaxing getaway then this guest house is the best option.

So it's an amazing experience to stay in an orchard house some 100 metres from the river. Big rooms with well maintained washrooms and you can see the snowy mountains from your windows even in May-June. As far as hospitality is concerned you can never expect more than what Vivek offers. He is always just a call away even at 2am (literally)

It was a really awesome experience. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. Food was really tasty. Our host Vivek helps us a lot and he is very warm person. We enjoyed our stay. A good budget hotel with a beautiful view.

Awesome place to stay with a perfect host. The scenic beauty is just fabulous and the 24*7 support is unimaginable. Food provided was homely with bonfire arrangements.
