But drinking water is not good

Denied checkin due to low tarrif. They said to customer care that all rooms are booked. But in my call they said u come, give rs 2000 for each room, they will give room.

The property is located very close to Mall Road. Rooms are smaller than it seems on the photos. We had booked 5 rooms and 2 of the rooms we got were connected rooms with a common door and bathroom. Also, there is no lift to the upper floors.

Apart from this, it was a nice stay at this property. The staff were really helpful, especially Mr. Dileep who was always responsive to all our requests and Mr. Manish, who gave useful information regarding local sightseeing.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay at the property, especially the location and hospitality.

Went on a vacation to Manali with my friends. 2 D 2N stay, staff is good, room cleanliness is good, food is fine too. An Economic hotel overall.

Rude behavior of staff and bad hospitality. Avoid.

Confirm the amenities offered while booking the room, they deny most of the things and charge extra.

Worst experience no tv working wash hand basin tap found unserviceable could not be repaired in our three days stay also room got seepage and no vally / hill view.worst experience of room service. The one star I have provided only for its location which is nearby Mall road manali

Hotel is good.it's near walking distance from mall road.the staff was very polite and very helpful also.neat and clean room.

Just near mall road.surrounded by bengali hotels.few bwgali restaurants arevthere near the hotel.rooms are good.have enough space and cleaned.bathroom also good.they have own kitchen.a budged friendly hotel.

Very bad experience.
Very unsupporting rude manager.
They are even not giving single room for half day for full price. I would never recommend anyone to go there. Inhuman behaviour of all staffs and manager very disappointing with the service and bathroom, bed, blanket are also not clean.

Bad Experience We stayed for three days and we dint get any towel as the manager said it dint come from laundry so carry your own and try some other hotel there are many in Manali.

Good service, cozy rooms, location is quite good but cant see any scenaries.
Hotel owners and service staff is good and helpful.food is also good you can have lunch and dinner from hotel only and can enjoy in your room.

Service and the people are amazing but the room wasnt what was shown in the photos and the bedsheets were a little damp and torn from the center parts. The blanket had a weird smell. There is also nill view outside the building since it is in a corner place. Food was good but could have been better. I personally do not recommend the hotel if u have come to enjoy the nature. Doors and pulg-points are very loose and dont work and there are only 2 in the entire room.

Well maintaied property. Nice humble staff. Food quality was very good and tasty. With reasonable price. Location is perfect walking distance from mall road.

1- False promises / commitments at time of booking / check-in.

2- miss behaviour of reception manager/ owner.

3- turn off hot water geyser connection morning @ 11am till evening 10pm.
4- they refused to give towels with the reason of COVID but other hotels providing fresh towels.

5- no room cleaning services during 3 Nights 4 Days stays even on request.

6- delivered wrong food item in BREAKFAST on order, when complaint for it, no response.

7- Poor WiFi Service.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Square. It is very close to mall road.food is really awesome. The staff here very cooperative and helpful. The hotel. Is highly recommended for families and couples.

Nice Hotel. Only 5-7 mins walking distance from Mall Road. Owner behaviour is rude and unprofessional. I was booked 3 rooms for 29th Dec to 2nd Jan 2022. I paid the full money. But before few days ago of check in Hotel refused me and they told cancel the booking. I was shocked after listening and I booked another hotel. I want to tell every guy please be careful after booking hotels on OYO, because many times Hotels doesn't give permission to check in.

Service was good. Management was great as well. Only reason for not giving 5* is because the room was overpriced than what the same money can get you. Probably due to its location at the mall road itself.

Owners are very friendly, rooms are also quite good along with all basic amenities. The place is also not far away from mall road.

All things was good expect he denied our one member check-in. And about hotel amd room was good likebbed was awesome and spacious and clean also.

It is behind BULBUL Hotel. Very nice accommodation as well as their staff are very nice in speaking as well as in service.
Manager Mr gopal who was sitting on the counter is very good person as well as he can speak multiple languages like English Hindi and garhwali.
Rooms are very clean as shown picture hygenic washrooms.
Must must must must TRY THERE BREAKFAST MENU -

As in extras not in breakfast- Biryani
Must have.
Food was not that much oily. Wich was surprising.

All the price was it ok for the accommodation I got it for 900 rupees per day.
