If you wish to live in a secluded yet beautiful place in Manali, then this is it. It's almost a 10-15 min auto ride from the mall road, away from the hustle bustle. You can easily get an auto to move to and fro or just walk and enjoy the scenic view of the place. The rooms are cosy and clean. The staff is courteous and very helpful. Overall a great experience.

The property is located in serene & calm locality. If u are staying rooms with balcony, the views are worth every penny spent …
The rooms are beautifully done, keeping in view every need, the snow cladded peaks are visible from the bed too.
All basic amenities are provided for … the food quality is good, though in the first meal we faced issues of excessive salt in all items, and the quality of chicken not good …
Further we had availed package with breakfast, the same was served in room, but it was limited qty specially eggs to order & tea - which was something peculiar …
Overall it’s a nice place

Only Food Buffet is average quality which they offer with Room Package. So you can avoid Dinner with Room package. Rest complimentary Breakfast is good because u don't need large buffet during breakfast.

It was the best experience I’ve ever had so far. It’s not that much expensive. It’s bit fine only. But the cleanliness service everything is first class. Mountain View was perfect. Balcony was great. Overall fog hills was the best

The place is amazing and the staff is so polite and courteous. The views and rooms are beautiful.

Rooms - Excellent and maintenance was good. Heater was not working for first 2 days and we realised very late. Upon request, it was fixed within 30mins! TV is there with few channels available. We didn't watch much TV though.
The view from balcony was exquisite and I was able to capture good timelapses and star trails ️
Our room type was deluxe with mountain view with balcony.

Service - Double thumbs up for their hospitality and we felt comfortable there. There were lot of things to mention but overall don't think much about booking here, I will do it next time again with my eyes closed.
Dinner was very good and the person who brought it was very patient when one of my friend was not well and had some multiple food requests: D

Location - It is in a village called Prini. Very near to Old manali.
Manali Mall road, Hadimba devi temple, Van vihar etc, Accessible within 8kms.

Recommend this place to anyone who are looking for a great place with excellent views.
Price was on the higher side as we understand it was due to peak season which is Christmas & New year.
Other days price should be fine.

Excellent place to live in Manali. Location is only 10 mins drive from Mall road. They have Ample Parking space. Very spacious cottages. Rooms, Common dining area and washrooms were so neat and clean. Views from the balcony are breath taking. Food was delicious. Whole staff of the FogHills was so polite and humble. They made our Manali trip so comfortable. Would highly recommend the place to all. Would love to visit again.

Astonishing view of snow covered mountain from two spacious balconies and big glass windows of the Super Deluxe Cottage. The Cottage is so spacious and equipped with all amenities, two balconies, two televisions and beautiful chandelier in living room. It is Lavish and the night view of twinkling on mountains makes it more luxurious.

Superb family stay!
We visited manali in October first week an booked a whole first floor cottage in the front block (2 bedrooms nd living area).
It was the best decision to book this place.
The location (the best one in manali of u are a nature lover) away from the mall road yet easily accessible if u have ur car
The beautiful big rooms with scenic balconies, hospitality nd ambience, facilities and food were all great.
The staff was very cooperative nd friendly
Children also enjoyed alot here.
Highly recommended for families who want to indulge in cottage style hotels.
We will definitely stay here again.:)

Sorry, I didn't stay here. I just visited check the rooms. Price is reasons. Cottages have bed room and 6 chair dinning table and mini kitchen. Other rooms are normal. It us little far from main city, mal road, so didn't stay.

Stayed here for a night. The rooms we had were opposite to each other with a dining room in between. Room had all basic amenities, continuous hot water, clean washroom, clean towels. Room service was very slow even for tea. Restaurant food was not good at all - didn't have much choices in breakfast. For dinner also, nothing stood out in the menu. The hotel does arrange taxi on demand.

We stay only at Fog Hills whenever we visit Manali, Soft spoken and Helpful Staff. Wonderful Rooms with Great Views and Excellent Food.

Loved it. I have been to mountains 11-12 times and by far, this was the best hotel i stayed at. Staff was very helpful and manager did everything we asked as well as took care of our travel in and around manali at a very reasonable price. View from hotel was also perfect.

Clean rooms, loos and piping hot solar heated water (even in the wee hours of the morning). Polite helpful staff. Khem Ji (proprietor) can (and does) organise treks and bike tours of varying intensity. His crew are rock solid dependable.

The manager, the crew of the hotel are very helpful and when there is some problem immediately they come to solve it. The rooms and services are just excellent. Those who are planning to go Manali please do stay in this hotel. The budget is also good.

This place is more than a hotel. Its more like a home. The staff is so good so humble and amazingly cooperative. I forgot my wallet at the tike of check out and going back to the hotel was impossible. I had a lot of money in it. And the staff called me, informed me that i left my wallet and then they courriered it the very next day. They kept on giving me regular updates on it.
It is one of the best experiences i’ve ever had.
The view from the hotel is amazing. I highly recommend this place to whosover is planning a visit.

One of the finest properties in Manali. Located on a small hill top on Prini, barely 10 mins away from the famous mall road.
Super Deluxe Room on the top floor which is designed as a attic room is the best room in the property. A living space with a fire place and an amazing balcony makes you want nothing more.
Absolutely 3 sided breathtaking views away from the crowded areas of Manali is all that u need and all that you get here.

The hotel is more than amazing and the service is outstanding the staff was available at every time. The owner was a very humble person who used to always ask about the service and suggested us which places to visit

I am super late in writing this review but I knew I had to write it because I honestly want people to know how good an experience we had and want you guys to choose this place when you visit Manali. So we stayed in Foghills from 31st October, 2020 to 5th November, 2020. The first thing that really caught my eye was the fact that they were giving an entire 2BHK cottage. The second thing was the location which was a little away from the hustle bustle yet extremely close to the mall road. Once I had a word with the Manager, Hira Lal ji, I was sure that this would be the stay for my Dad's 60th Birthday. The pictures you see here, the roams are exactly the same. Hira Lal ji sent me more pictures as well to reassure us about the quality. He was super helpful and because we were travelling in covid times, he also made sure that we felt safe. Once we reached the place, we were blown away by how beautiful and well maintained the cottage was. The rooms had huge glass windows, so you could just sit in your bed, chill and watch the gorgeous view. Staff is extremely courteous. They will treat you like family and go out of the way for making you feel special. I had asked for so many favours like cake for dad's birthday, balloons and decoration which they gave complimentary, then it was karwachauth so I asked them about where I could get a mehandi artist and they helped us with that too, then it was my mom's birthday on the 5th and they again helped us with the cake at 12 midnight. The food is great too. Room service is spot on. They basically take care of everything and will make sure that your vacation is super chill. They also have a beautiful outdoor seating for tea and breakfast. And how can I forget the view from their rooms. It is out of the world! Believe me when I say this, you want this location and only this location for your next visit. All in all, this place delivers much more than what you pay. It is so high on the scale of value for money. I 100% recommend this place for a group of friends, family or even a couple. You won't regret it!

One cannot ask for more, right from their hospitality to the food, overall ambience, everything and anything.

In times when hotel save on toiletries cost, they ensure every bit of service and product is provided in your room every single day, throughout the stay.

Spic and span rooms and common areas, is another highlight.

Snow capped Himalayan view, away from hustle bustle, en route Hampta pass are another set of highlights.

Foghills proves as per it's name. Foghills is located at one of the highest places in Manali in village, Prini. Room service is excellent with good quality of food. I love to stay in Foghills as there is pleasant, peaceful stay with lovely beautiful nature's site. One of the best hotel to stay for big family, small family, couples with living area and kitchen uniquely constructed with rooms.
