Nice Hotel with nice view of lake and landscape, run by state govt. Rooms quality could have been better. Plan to visit in off season months to avoid crowd and experience peaceful surroundings. During winter, one many not be able to reach this place (though they take the bookings) as the road leading to Khajjar will get cut off due to snow fall

Situated in the lap of nature right on khajjiar lake. Can be booked from DFO chamba. It is a heritage cottage built in 1961. Rooms are spacious, cozy, neat and clean. Food made by cook is just awesome and delicious just like home made food. Road is bit narrow. Car parking is available. Room rent is rs. 1000per night. Highly recommended place.

Very comfortable, charming, peaceful and relaxing location. The Rest house is just next to the Khajjiar lake!
The rooms are good and spacious and all basic facilities like hot water, TV, etc are available here. Kitchen services are also available!
The staff here is also very helpful. Even though we were too late (11: 45pm) to reach the rest house, the staff served us freshly cooked food which.
