Fortis Hospital, Kangra

Dr Gaurav Gupta is very good surgeon in this hospital. He treated his patients like his own family member. Hospital staff z also good. Our experience was good.

I went to the kangra fortis for endoscopy to remove the food piece stuck in the starting of esophagus (throat), after almost 50 min of endoscopy they finally removed it, Many Thanks to the Dr Tejaswi (medicine) and staff.

The FNB department was wonderful and took care of all our needs promptly! Manoj kept in constant touch with us and prepared all the meals for our baby instantly and served it hot and clean.

Very poor processing. 11Am se 4pm tk meri cvc ki Reports hi check nhi hui.kabhi Report dene wale lunch krne jaate hain to kabhi doctors.

I am waiting for about 15 min to have general checkup of my grandfather at ECHS counter but still they have none at reception

Terrible management! There is no queue system. We had to stand outside the doctor's room for hours! Terrible experience. Install a Patient Number / Queue management system!

Pathetic hospital. Forget about the supporting staff, even doctors also doesn't have any etiquettes to talk to the patients. Didn't faced this much unethical experience.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Nisha Munjal throughout my pregnancy and delivery. Her expertise is highly appreciated.

Arogant staff, no proper management, no prior appointments, just walkin like govt.hospitals and waste your full day.
Even tanda hospital has better management than fortis kangra.

1, Dr Nisha Munjal is very polite, hard working and cooperative Doctor. She is very sincere and dedicated about her job.she has done a successful operations of my wife Thakur Anita including a big fibroid and family planning. At last I have lack of word in praise of Dr Nisha Munjal.

Dr. Puneet is so dedicated and hard working. He is very co-operative towards patients. God bless him.

While I am posting this review, I am in Forties. My husband was brought here in immergency. OPT staff was very good. They did all the needful process for investigation and admition.
Fatter the operation, experience was totally opposite.
Nursing staff is stressed out all the time with over work load. They don't have any communication coordination so sometimes medicines and IV was not at all given on time or nurse had no clue who was the past staff and which medicine was given.
You have to be extremely careful and attentive for your medicines and what they are giving to patient. I found it very irresponsible and unprofessional.
Files are incomplete and doctors advice is not followed by staff.
Discharge process is uncertain as they have to collect all the summaries from various departments and all the department's are overloaded with work and there is no one responsible for sending it.
So discharge process may take 3,4,5 hours depending upon their staff availability.
Room charges are exorbitant.
In short from my experience, I would say, Admition process is easy and cooperative but it's not reliable in terms of what treatment is given to patient as there is no proper responsible coordination and also very very expensive.

All staff are good specially Dr Priyanka and Dr Karitika is excellent doctor.

Dr Kailey is great surgeon

They do not share with you the information even that it is crowded due to the absence of a doctor.

Strange hospital they give u covaxin shot the next dose is unavailable.very beautifull reply go to mohali fortis. Good work very unprofessional staff.if u want to waste ur time helth and money visit this hospital.

Great services provided by all nursing staff, Doctors and GDA, Micu services are amazing specially thanks Arti, Gunjan, Kajal, Bhawna, Tanuja, GDA Promila, Dr. Chitra, Dr Priyanka, Dr Akash, Dr. Megha, Dr. Karitika and Dr Dinesh, Mr. Ravinder, security guard pawan.
Cleanliness and hygiene excellent.

I never forget that time when I was suffering from Full of pain they all are care like family members God bless to all.

Fortis Hospital kangra is best hospital.
My father heart left 15% only. We have came to Fortis kangra for treatment. Treatment done by Dr. Nikhil Arun Patil. He is experinced doctor, he managed his patient very well.we had to go to delhi for treatment but now all the facilities providing in fortis kangra in small town. We are very happy had treatment from Dr. Nikhil. Thanku all team of Fortis Kangra.

Dr. G. D Sharma is good He is nice by nature. Staff is so co-operative.nurses behaviour is too good. Neat and clean hospital as expected.
