As I was expecting from ITC brand a good welcome, lively place full of activities etc there was nothing like that. No one cared to explain general information regarding hotel, food etc. Food served were tasty and delicious but options were limited. No indoor or outdoor activity option. It is situated at height so nature beauty is there. As per charges it is little bit costly. Staff members were co operative so it is better part. Overall experience is satisfactory not exciting.

Amenities and hotel cleanliness is not upto the mark.although staff was friendly and helpful they upgraded our room on request as view of our room was not good and toilet was leaking.they upgraded us to club room which was nice but still overall view of hotel and it's appearance is not good.interior seems to be quit old. Food was good, Service was good, staff is good.rest all is bad
Really extravagant hotel. The ambience, food & service is excellent. We had a dining experience at the terrace which has a wonderful view. Looking forward to visit again.
Perfect location and a perfect resort to make your vacation a memorable one! Good services, spacious and beautiful room, yummy food, lovely ambience and courteous and helpful staffs, what more you need to love a place! The view from our room was breathtaking! The lush green valley made us fell in love with the place. The resort is a huge! The breakfast area is so beautiful that you can spend hours there basking in the sun. The breakfast buffet was delicious every single day! In room dining was fab too. Each time they called and asked about if the the food was according to our likings. I would have rated five Star if I would not have used their travel desk. They charge way more than the market rate and there is no scope for negotiation. Soniya Sebastian is quite rude and can lie with a straight face whereas her subordinate Puja was good but she don't have the authority to do anything of her own. Although, drivers are very nice and friendly. Mr. Subhash (our driver) was such a nice human being. I don't know why drivers themselves don't deal with the travel desk and someone with no knowledge tries to cheat whenever approached! Smooth checkin, we had taken club room no. 306, there was some problem with room door lock but rest all was good. Huge balcony with valley view and side view of mountain. Room was clean, staff was helpful and covid precautions were taken care of. Lunch was delicious, we had mutton. Pizza was okayish, breakfast spread was also good.
Excellent place to be in at Dharamshala.hospitality is awesome. They take care of our comfort and preferences generously. Food quality is simply class apart. Specially for peoples like me who prefer jain food they deliver variety of dishes and most importantly they feel pleasure to do so. No matter if we are single family or visiting in a group they serve each and every one’s needs exceptionally well. Thanks to u guys for giving greatest out of great.
Its disconnected from the center, have to go by taxi. For 4 star hotel the room bathroom is not satisfied and the food is problematic if you stay at the hotel, no other place around to eat
We went to the place during the weekend in July. It’s away from the hustle bustle of the hill station but is located perfectly amidst bful scenery. The staff and service is commendable. I would recommend it if you prefer a good property to stay.
Very nice property, excellent customer service, remote and quiet location. Relax with family. Nice fun sports room. Buffet breakfast and dinner are too good and excellent fusion and new varieties. Definitely recommended to stay.
Great hotel with courteous staff who take good care of whatever you need. Just that my family didn't quite like breakfast or lack of urgency when toilet flush didn't work.
The best place to stay in Mcloedganj. We had requested for arranging the candlelight dinner. The arrangement was superb with a very clear view of Dhauladhar Range. Enjoyed to the fullest. Special thanks to Mr. Umesh for the arrangement and Mr. Subham for the hospitality. It was perfect.
They posted Totally fake photos of room on internet.fake people.poor service.very small rooms as compared to room tarrif.room locks were not functional we waited outside the room because it was not working.they name it club room but it is smaller than the standard room.if u want to be looted book this hotel.worst hotel ever stayed
Traditional Indian greeting by two young ladies in the lobby. Comfortable, well equipped room with a view over looking the out door pool.restaurant is okay but the Pizza is horrible! Keema Pow is good but a bit spicy. Friendly and very helpful staff. They even provided a well packed lunch

Nice Hotel. Away from market so you need vehicle to go to the market. This is more like a resort. Staff is very courteous. They always greet you. Rooms are good and spacious. Breakfast is good. They provide Jain food if you tell them. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Good to spend 2-3 days vacation. You see show covered mountains from one side of the Hotel.
The rooms are good. However, there is hardly anything else in the hotel. There is no kids play area. There is a swimming pool but considering that it is not temperature controlled, it cant be used in a location like Dharamsala which has average 10 degrees temperature.
We stayed here from 22-26th Nov, 2018. It's an amazing place to relax and refresh yourself before heading back to your everyday life. The room and the entire property were very well maintained and you get a beautiful view. The food was really good. The staff was very helpful too. From what I have heard about the other hotels there and from my own experience staying there, I would definitely say that this is the best place to stay in Dharamshala.
Only good property in McLeod. Property is clean, food is good, rooms are spacious, All the staff members are good specially Ankur and Ravi my best wishes to all but reception staff is inexperienced they consumed almost 30 minutes + for bills infact a day before I talked to them and cleared everything. For a small amount of RS. 2800 they took so much time.
The rooms are very comfortable and they have a great view of the valley and the mountains. The food is decent and there's a good variety of alcohol available at the bar. The most amazing thing though is the stars you can see at about 2 in the morning. Those are beautiful.
