I just loved the place. Came here for the second time. The staff made it a memorable one. Every second they were there for assistance and were very helpful. No complaints at all. Sandeep, Dimpal, Abhimanyu, Akshay et al were the nicest people at the property to assist us. They even upgraded our room at the same price, even though they were booked at 50% occupancy. Certainly a must visit for all looking to go to Himachal with family. A number of activities that they have planned for the guests are interesting and made for have fun

Attended Marriage function.
Staff were hurry to pick the Dinning plates even while eating.
Intentionally staff want to expand the bill amount of Meals may be it was plate system.
Other all services were good.
Greed should not be there if some hotels were Fix marriage or other parties.

Absolute stunning views, courteous Staff and superb service complimented with delicious food. Pool side area is delight for day functions. Must visit place if you like peace and calm of nature.

Located on a hill top with absolutely nothing around it. Good place to chill for couple of days. Excellent food & hospitality

Everything is good.but the question is why there is no arrangements for drivers for stay and food, such a huge property but lacking in a small thing.very strange I hope you will change this.

Food at Zodiac Restaurant was excellent, I never imagined that I would have finger licking good dinner at this place, from Salads to Mutton Rogan Josh everything was awesome. The plus point of this restaurant was it's service, staff members, stewarts and chef, everyone here was so humble and welcoming. I JUST LOVED IT

Excellent property tucked away in the hills. Excellent helpful and courteous staff. Mr. Deepak in particular was very helpful as he arranged for an outstation taxi for me. Good experience overall and I would go back with my family there.

What makes fortune stand is the hospitality from the staff which is top notch.

Today I finished my industrial training in this resort hotel and the staff and all the managers here are very helpful and I will always remember ITC Fortune Select Forest Hill Resort with good memories.

Without doubt one of my favorite resorts. We only stayed here one night, but the hotel was lovely and clean, hotel staff friendly and helpful Special Thanks to Mr Jatin, Subhash Sir and his wonderful Team Bharti Pravina Anjali Saroj keshav. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff Member Suvidha with his teammates. It was a wonderful stay

Wonderful place for a staycation type holiday in lap of nature. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It has panoramic views of the valley on both sides. Really helpful n caring staff. Special shout out to Bharti, Saroj, Pankaj, Shivam and Keshav for making our stay wonderful.
Only sad part was that the infinity pool was closed due to covid guidelines.

We had gone to chakki mod, near Solan in Himachal Pradesh to do bird photography. We found many amazing birds + their great shots as well.

While driving ahead in search of birds and / or their good shots on our right we saw a direction towards ITC and we were surprised to see it here and that too none of us were aware of it.

So, we decided to have breakfast here and explore the hotel as much as we could.

The interiors are fabulous and the hospitality was awesome. Mr. Praveen who was assisting us to decide our breakfast and showed us the dining hall as well. He has a smiling face and a lovely way of presenting the menu and bring food. It felt nice to be honest.

The food was very good and was provided to us in a timely manner, which was impressive as we were very hungry.

The hall had furniture of white wood which altogether gave a very docile feel and because of this we sat more than we ate here lol.

It has an open lawn across the hall and on the other side they have rooms which we couldn’t see (as the concerned person was busy as it was 2nd October).

Overall, it was a wonderful experience and ITC didn’t let us down.

I had a great time in the hotel. The atmosphere is perfect and the place is clean and the view of outside the hotel is perfect. They team not only provide basic customer services they try their best to ensure us. Yash gandharva one of their CS member greet us very well. Tqsm for having us. I had such a great time.

An excellent hotel with great food and service. This hotel surprised us all with it's warmth and the Delicious food they provide. You can rely on them totally for the breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have well maintained infrastructure includes cleanliness and modern design. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was nice enough but the staff their is excellent, a staff member named *Yash gandharva* is doing his job excellently, he cooperated with us in every manner, I guarantee no-one can replace him.

Everything is good specially thanks to mr Varun jai and Prince form housekeeping dept location is too good we will come again thanks a lot my room no is 138 thanks all buddies! We are happy for staying with uh guys

Excellent hospitality and well trained staff and Yash Gandharva who guide us about local places for hanging out and provide information about the local delicacies. He is well mannered and gentle person.

Disappointed.
The property and locality is very good but the staff is very rude. The manager and the receptionist were talking very rudely. Are we spending our worthy money to get insulted like that. I would not recommend this place at all

I had a wonderful experience at the Forest Hill. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old charm. The view is absolutely breathtaking! The rooms were good too. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! To name a few Rajeev, Jatin, Subhash, Suvidha, Bharti, Elin, Neha, Deepak, Sanjeev were all superb in their respective works! The chef Amitji would love to thank him for the wonderful cuisines he made for us!
Definitely would love to go again.and a highly recommended property to visit by all for any occasions!
