Fouji da Dhaba (Traditional & Authentic)

Worst food experience.staff was impolite and they served us atone cold food
and once you ask for the dish in between they will take a decade to fulfill it

Awesome service. Personally talked about many things and a really supportive and friendly owner I ever met. There special thali is really awesome they dilivery a very good sweet dish along as sweet kheer and is really awesome.

Food quality is good. Located on the road side this restaurant is a must visit place for the travelers who are looking for some natural landscapes with excellent food.

Good quality food served here. We had a stoppage here to have breakfast during our journey. We had Pronthe here, which was quite good.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Fauji Da Dhaba, and I must say that my experience was fairly average. Here's my review based on the 3/5 rating:

Ambience: The dhaba had a rustic and traditional feel to it, with simple decor and wooden furniture. The seating area was spacious, but the overall ambiance lacked a bit of charm. It was clean and well-maintained, though, which was a positive aspect.

Service: The service was decent, although it could have been more attentive. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with the number of customers, and it took a while to get their attention. However, once they attended to us, they were polite and helpful.

Food: The food at Fauji Da Dhaba was good but didn't exceed my expectations. The menu had a variety of North Indian dishes, and the flavors were authentic. I particularly enjoyed Stuffed Kulcha and Paneer Butter Masala, which had a rich and creamy taste. The portion sizes were generous, though, and the food was reasonably priced.

Not Okay Items - CHAI, BOONDI RAITA and Rotis were not upto mark

Hygiene: The hygiene standards at the dhaba were satisfactory. The dining area and restrooms were clean, and the utensils appeared to be well-maintained. It gave a decent impression of cleanliness, which is essential for any dining establishment.

Overall Experience: Fauji Da Dhaba provided a decent dining experience, but it fell short of being outstanding. While the food had its moments of deliciousness, it lacked consistency. The service, though friendly, could have been more prompt and attentive. The restaurant's ambience could also use some improvement to create a more inviting atmosphere

This is very nice place to sit and eat.view of valley and Shimla is awesome.food is too good and servicing of staff is so nice Mr. Anil Thakur serverd us with very tasty and hygiene food and with his very nice behaviour, gesture.if u r going towards kufri from Shimla and hungry this is best place for u.thanks
