Marhi is a "shanty town of roadside restaurants"[1] in Himachal Pradesh, India, located midway between Manali and Rohtang La on the Manali-Leh Highway. Buses traveling the highway often stop in Marhi so passengers can eat. [2] The settlement is seasonal, with most businesses closing for the winter. The place provides few options for sports like skies and snow rovers. The snow here is always too dirty

Frozen water comes before Rani Nallah on Manali Leh road going to Rohtang Pass, this frozen pond is also famous as Beas Kund. The local people there also say that this is the origin point of river Beas. From this point onwards, the Beas river moves forward in the form of water melting from the snow and passing through the villages of Gulaba and Kothi till Manali.

Visited in the first week of June. A lot of snow. Fun and enjoyment.amazing sight scenes on the way.espacially Gulaba point. But the trafic jams are the bi problem.you cannot overcome this. Long ques, about three to 6 hours long waiting in jams. Who are going there, please bring with them a lot of water bottles, juices, snacks etc.as there are no good facility on the way.

WONDERFUL SCENIC BEAUTY. YOU MUST BE MESMERIZED. THAT'S WHY THIS IS A MUST VISITING SPOT FOR THE TOURISTS.

Nice place to visit, nearly 5000 meter above Manali, nearly from Madhi you can find the snow in the month of April -May every year

रोहतांग पास जब बंद हो तो ये जगह सबसे बेस्ट है।
यहा वाटर फाल भी देखने लायक है।
यहा जाने के लिऐ परमिट जरूरी है जो ओनलाईन निकाले जाते है।

Very commercialized and extremely overcrowded.but kids enjoyed thoroughly.snow scooter ride is similar to Dubai desert scooter rider.playing with snow was a great experience

A lifetime experience. One must wear the appropriate dress, boots, and goggles to go there. You can get all these for rent. Travelling In the early hours of the day is really helpful as roads are narrow and innumerable hairpin bends with traffic, which usually takes hours. The temperatures, even in May, is near to zero. Snow is there, but a bit soiled. Throwing snow, as we see in films, and playing with it is a wonderful experience. The drivers, the Alto car inwhich we reached there, the snow, the bone biting cold, everything is awesome.
