My stay at galleu hill resort was really comforting!
The hospitality was awesome and the location was beautiful!

It was a pleasant stay at Galleu.
I enjoyed the the view from balcony attached in the room.
Food was excelente. Thanks to all staff for helping with all the source.

Great hotel and really good service.people are extremely humble and rooms are clean, spic and span. Heaters and extra blankets are also provided as for the cold temperature. Location is good if you are looking for a break, vacation, moment of peace. Just beside the adventure resort. Although there's alot of stairs. A nice terrace if you are looking to warm up in the good feeling sunshine, with proper coffee tables and food can also be served there. I had stayed for 4 daysand Overall experience was amazing!

Our Surprise Last Minute Plan (2 Families 8 members) in the End of Holiday in last 2 days of June To Shimla Kufri executed very well because of awesome experience with our Galleu Hill Resort stay. We got everything we need Location on top of the hill, Services, Staff, Food, Neat Clean room & washroom with all facilities, PlayRoom, TV, Weather, Parking, Open Rooftop sitting, Bonfire Facilities to sit with family. & So much which may be I can nt count in list. Special Thanks to Mr. Mayank Ji who arranged everything for us on our request even he managed to set 2 rooms side by side for us for two families as easy for us. So our experience with Galleu Resort was wonderful and Fantastic Location as walking few steps away from Adventure Resort of Kufri. We all can say it was wow experience of Scenes from Room window.clouds floating everywhere.thanks to The All Galleu Team for hosting us for 2 days. Thank you thank you.

Our stay is most delightful here, the cottage is the cleanest and luxurious with own balcony, the food is delicious and stay is budget friendly too, adventure park is nearby with plenty of games, we loved staying here

Best experience ever in the hills, view was great from our room everything here us so pleasant between the hills and monsoon made it more better. Staff, receptionist everyone is so friendly kind and helpful. It was all worth staying here.

Best location on Kufari (Shimla) on hill top and extra andavatage is there is Adventure fun resort in neighborhood, in which hundred of activities for adults and children.

Nicely built place. Good rooms as well. The window view would not disappoint you:) Had a comfortable stay here! Keep up guys!

View from the hotel was great, best place to stay only if we have snow/snow fall, out side elevation, balconies, play area for kids is good but when it comes to room it was just ok, we stayed in deluxe room with valley view where the room heater is not sufficient, didn’t get sufficient hot water, Food was ok staff were also ok

It was a good experience.we were coming after a long and tedious journey.staff was ready at gates to help us out.we literally fell into the beds.we were welcomed with tea and snacks.laundry service was offered and it was good and affordable.the restaurant was reasonable and yummy.the property had some swings and slides for the kido.rooms had excellent valley and mountain view.rooms were roomy.staff were on their toes to help us out.

One of the best properties in Kufri, very peaceful, spacious rooms, staff is very polite & helpful. The food is very delicious.

Had great experience here while staying. Room had a great view. Food is very delicious. Service is also good. Worth the money I would say.

The only negative is, if you are coming in heavy snow fall then you might have to park your car on the main road itself.

Great food. Staff is very friendly but service is very slow. No lift for villa which is at least two floors above.location is very peaceful

Worth staying at this place. Excellent cottages with delicious breakfast. Highly proficient staff. Prices are on little higher side but once you visit this place you will be mesmerised by the view it offers thus makes it worth every penny

View from the hotel is nice. They need to concentrate on the room heaters which is not good and sufficient. No variety in breakfast menu taste is below average. Geyser is not providing sufficient hot water.that may be due to frequent power failure. Apart from this stay was good. Staffs are good and cooperative. Good play area with pool game, table tennis &carrom board.

Good location but unsafe.someone from the hotel stole my pashmina shawl… also heard some other patron complaining abt lost item the night before, stay at your own risk

Room heater and hot water not working anymore in your hotel and there is no variety breakfast and taste also below average.

I had booked 2 rooms on 3rd of October for stay from 15th Oct - 17th Oct, I checked in to the hotel at 9 PM on 15th and the 2 rooms provided were attached similar to a 1 BHK (with a door in between), the room size for one of the rooms was good, but the other room was so small that it is difficult to fully open your luggage, when I enquired, the hotel staff said because you have checked in late we have allocated these rooms to you, that was a shocking reason as I had booked the room 10 days in advance and I had voluntarily called the hotel and informed I will be checking in at 9 PM

We had dinner on 15th in the hotel as we had checked in late and did not get a chance to go out, the dinner was poor in taste, it was just about eatable, but as food is not hotel's primary job I had ignored it.

Coming to the other Amenities:

Wifi - Provided (This anyways by default has to be provided in today's world)

Sports Room - This room is a joke, there is billiards table which one cannot play on as the mat is torn, the Carrom board well I would prefer playing it on my phone, the TT table was atleast playable, there is nothing else, the sports Room Hygiene and maintenance is poor.

Water bottles - There was no complimentary Mineral water provided contrary to as mentioned by the hotel.

Parking - This is one of the advantages, it has sufficient parking space.

Bathrooms - The Showers did not work for both of my rooms, when complained the plumber did come and after his evaluation he said it will not work and needs a complete rehaul, The towels provided were poorly maintained with Stains on it, I had instead used my personal ones, the other Soaps and liquids provided are cheap which do not complement the price charged for the rooms. The Geyser is decent.

Room Area - The Room Area is poorly maintained, you could see places in the roof top about to fall, Lighting is good, beds are ok, as mentioned earlier one of our rooms was so small that I was not able to open the Wardrobe/Suitcase as there were Chairs and Table placed adjacent toit with no other space left in the room, the view from the window is good.

Overall Hotel Maintenance - The Hygene/interior is pretty poor and needs a complete overhaul. The Stairs, lobby, rooms, Terrace Area, doors you name it need a complete makeover.

Pricing - This hotel is highly overpriced looking at the facilities provided.

I hope the Hotel realises the issues and work on them as I see the hotel is situated in a good location and if the issues are resolved it can become a fantastic stay for tourists.

Note: The Hotel did call me after my stay and mentioned that it has opened after Covid and it's just been 4-5 months (which is a good amount of time I believe to atleast clean the hotel) and hence it is not in good condition and had asked me (earlier review) and my family members to delete the review, which I feel is not right way to deal with your customers. Instead I am writing a detailed review so the hotel works on its mistakes, there was no apology from the hotel instead just invalid reasons.

Poor staff, poor maintenance, poor food, poor services.

The only thing good about this hotel is the Mountain view.

It's was a good experience on the hills of Gallu The hotel Galleu is a good and beautiful hotel. The view from the hotel is awasome. Hotel has its own parking area. Staff is good and polite. The food is very tasty.all the food items. Kitchen staff is also good.

Resort is extremely luxurious and budget friendly. Staff is polite and welcoming. Best part is the food which is authentic and delicious In every aspect. The scenic view from every angle makes this the perfect destination to stay.
Hotel Need some changes like Pillows and Mattresses. Both are hard, kindly replace it and in bathroom the water pressure is low.
The hotel has its own parking area. Good luck.

No maintenance in hotel, very small room hotel staff not available and food is very ok. Not recommend

Because the staff of the hotel is very cooperative and specially the hotel manager Pawan Sharma is very nice host. This place is very peaceful and the view u can see through its lobby area is very very beautiful hope we will visit again and recommend to all our dear one.

First of all, the resort is at very good location. The view of mountain valley from the resort is very intriguing to watch. The staff members, specially “ vikram and Mayank “were very cooperative. The food was delicious as well. I would definitely visit this property again, maybe during snow season next time around

Hotel at a beautiful location on the top of the hill. They serve delicious food with breakfast buffet. They have playroom area with pool and table tennis tables. Parking space for cars is available in front of the hotel for cars. Cottages location is at the best location with beautiful gardens at a very reasonable price. Visit this place in rainy season to enjoy the clouds. They have polite staff which made our stay comfortable. I went to this place with family and I will recommend this hotel to everyone coming around this area.

One of the best and reasonable hotel in Kufri without a doubt i stay here for 2 day and the experience was really good, food is good and the staff is also very polite. Will definitely pay another visit to them.

The location is stunning. Every room has unending views of the mountains. The property is very open and roomy, so guests always have access to terraces or gardens. The staff is just super hospitable, attentive and efficient. They are also friendly and always want to put you at ease. I was staying alone in the hotel and after the comfort of the first night, I extended my stay by two more. Fabulous hotel, absolutely great staff and tasty food. They also assigned me an extremely friendly and enthusiastic driver named Rajat, who made the trip all the more worthwhile. Thank you, Galleu Hill Resort for a fabulous stay!

The resort is so good. Everything was bang on except the WiFi. The connection was not working during our entire stay. The view from the resort was tremendous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Memorable stay it was.

Very nice property for your vacation. Service is good, Rooms and bathrooms were clean, food is okay, they don't have lift, good terrace gardens with swings for kids, good open space for kids to play, nice place for bonfire though they charge extra for it, view is amazing. Must visit

The good and the services provided by the staff is amazing. The rooms are okay, since the place is a lil old that shows in the room (like damped patch on wall here or there, door looks old), however the overall place is spacious, and if you are not very picky on the newness of the place, you will enjoy the stay!

Lovely place over looking the valley and right next to the adventure resort. The person at the reception, Kashyap is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again.

Place where it is situated is really good. Awesome view point is available at every room.

But service is really poor relative to other 3 star hotels. Amenities are not in good condition. Like heater and geysers are not working properly during my stay.

This is a system to bill this hotel and the service of this hotel is not good at all and the way of talking to them is not at all good. I think it should go to the hotel.service is very baad

In room there was a heater and gyser but in the night they cut power only for the same, other things was working, the same issue with another room as well with my friend

Really i had a very nice and good experince super luxury in very less amount the service was amazing staff were very gud and coprative ambience was very nice and cleaning is superb! Views were very owesome totally 5 stars from my side

Heater in our room burst at night.thankfully the room didn't catch fire. We had told the staff that the heater looked unsafe when checking into the room, but he said they don't have anything else.
Next day morning after we complained a new heater magically appeared right away.
Rooms are decent and the view is amazing. But safety is poor

If you plan to cover shimla kufri narkanda in winters.then this is 1 of the best plc to stay.easily accessible.located jst near the main highway.where u can hope to get roads cleared if there is heavy snowfall.views are good 4m hotel roof.room service is good.we found the staff polite and well behaved.and food quality is great spclly if u like it spicy.

It was very good stay in this Hotel/resort. Nice service. Little far from Shimla city around one hour journey (sometime heavy traffic). If you wan stay away from city and enjoy then it's for you. Food was good and people also.

Very good hotel, just beside an amusement park, clean, good food, indoor playing area with pool table and TT, outdoor small park with swing and slope for childrens, Room on the third floor ex 306 is good, road to the hotel has steep inclined and some expertise is require to drive the vehical up

Good Resort. But needs South Indian dishes on the menu. Table Fan if provided will be helpful during days when it's a bit warm. Mini fridge is a must to store perishables which families get for their kids.

This place is located at a very convenient location if you want to be a bit far from crowded Shimla city. View from the hotel is really mesmerizing. Also most of the rooms can access the tarrace area. Food was excellent of the in-house restaurant and services were also very good. Only fall back was the rooms. Rooms are really small.
And most important tip: this hotel doesn't have lift so you only have option of stairs which is a bit annoying.
