Gezellig Inn - Golden Apple

Gazelli inn is know for their royalness I have spend very royal time in this hotel in budget price.

The hotel stay and its location exceeded my expectations in every way and made my trip truly memorable. I look forward to returning in the future and experiencing the same exceptional hospitality.

The hotel staff is good and friendly, the rooms are well maintained with ample amount of space, hot water is available for 24/7. The food quality was great, fresh & tasty. The view from the room was worth the cost. Surely stay here if you are planning to visit Manali.

You need to pre book the rooms here if not the chances of getting a room on arrival is low. The rooms are same as shown in the pictures on their post. However, the corner rooms are more cold compared to the middle one's. Food here tastes average. All facilities as said by them are available. It's far from mall road but the view from here is just awesome. There are apple farms beside the hotel which you can visit & click plenty of pictures. 10/10 only for the view from this hotel. Just make sure that you book a luxury room with balcony so that you can have the pleasure of seeing the mountains & apple farms while having your morning coffee.

Great view from balcony. It is a quiet place. One can listen the water sound in Beas river and chirping of birds. It has an apple orchard.

Located in the outskirts of the city below the hill gives the best living experience.
The view from the rooms is great. The rooms are really very cozy. Service is also very good. They have a dining hall also on the property. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Nice hotel and view of mountains. A Deluxe room with a balcony has a good view of the snow mountains.

I had an awesome new year celebration at this place. All the hotel members are hardworking and humble just like you heard about Himachal people. If you want a great place with apple farms on your front and seeing those great mountains of manali is breathtaking.

I have stayed in many hotels before, but this hotel was outstanding. The service is super fast and awsome, the food is amazing and it tastes like home cooked food. The view from the hotel is awsome. The best part about this hotel is that they didn't lie about images they have shown for the hotel, everything was exactly the same.

The place was clean, hygienic, security was good and it has nice view outside. The staff were really helpful.

Location was too bad of hotel, it's too risky and you have to walk 1km around to reach there. Also, no good facilities in hotel, washrooms were so dirty.

Very economic, good food and great view. Staff is very polite and helpful. Cons would be that it is located on hill side, so it was difficult to reach the hotel.

It was very comfortable place to be. I interacted with Rajesh in the reception. He was well mannered and adjusting. Food was good, especially the dinner. Overall, it's a good place to be.

Beautiful place and hotel with a mesmerizing surrounding full of apple trees and valley view is right outside your window.fooding is also very tasty

Room cleaning can be bit better.
Way too much time to get ordered food.

1. Rooms are good and the Mountain view is awesome. Like a wallpaper coming alive.
2. Location is good in comparison to many other hotels.

CONs
1. Room service is unprofessional.
2. Food is just ok. So eat outside, or order simple foods.
3. When asked food for our Driver, they lied about not taking orders past 9 PM. But they took order at 9: 30 PM next day. So they didn't want to serve food to Drivers, but instead of telling truth they lied about time.

Totally worth staying here. Excellent Service, Splendid view from all hotel rooms. Highly recommended

Location of the hotel excellent, it's BTW apple farm, food quality good and at very reasonable price, only draw back parking area at very sloppy area

Rooms are fantastic. Balcony views are good. Food wise and communication wise need to improve a lot. I would have given more stars due to food and miscommunication stuff I have given 2 stars. Even after informing them they did the same so I don't suggest hotel. I called there AGM who messaged in morning regarding room then when I reached there he told okay call to other number. And when I reached there they told they look into cctv and will come as we reach we look into and will come to collect luggage but as we reach we happened to call them again and wait for 10 min. So am rating only based on room n view noting else.

It was the best stay that I have experienced in my journey till now. I have stayed at many places across many hill stations. But I can bet that this is the best hotel wherein prices are very reasonable, food is super tasty, staff is very warm and helpful. The view and location from each and every room is best. I will recommend this hotel to everyone whoever visits Manali.

Great hotel at peak of mountains with great view and good service with good staff and well maintained rooms. Food here is also great at taste.

It was our second stay at the hotel, as usual the hotel staff is very cooperative, rooms were sparking clean, beautiful view of mountains. Excellent stay.

I am rating this a 4-star experience on the below experiences:

1. WiFi was not working even after complaining the WiFi network reach problem was not fixed. The receptionist promised that they would call in a technician but that never happened.

2. Daily Room Cleaning was not happening, we stayed here for 3 nights and the room was not even cleaned once, even after having asked for it at the reception.

3. Bath Towels were not replaced everyday. We had to bathe with only one pair of bath towels that were made available for two people at the first day

Pro's:

1. The view from the balcony is fantastic. It is absolutely gorgeous, No kidding. You can order tea and breakfast in the room and enjoy early morning tea in the balcony with a beautiful view.

2. The In-hotel restaurant charges are standard and not on a very high end. That's a plus I'd say.

3. Food Quality is good in terms of veg orders. For Non veg orders it is okay-ish.

4. The rooms are exactly as they show in the pictures. The rooms are given in a good state. Very neat and clean when they hand iver the keys.

5. Their is a Laundry service available at standard rates. (Screenshot attached)

6. Washroom is also good, Western fittings and availability of hot water.

7. Daily two water bottles are provided to every room.

Good one! Food was freshly prepared and tasty. Though the hotel is far from highway, its good with a calm n serene scene. Could improve a bit on cleanliness though.

Stay was very nice and peaceful. View of mountains from the hotel is awesome and eye-catching. Food is the best part of here.

Cozy place to stay with a splendid valley view surrounded by apple orchards, a cottage style accomodation with great selection of cuisine & impeccable staff service. A must stay if you're coming during the winters. Only con is that it's a bit far from the highway, but you can avail cabs & autos that commute to & fro from the property. We were looking for a serene place to chill after some hardcore adventure in the Parvati Valley, this place was bang on & easy on the pocket as well!

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Apples trees are around the hotel that's why it is called Golden Apple. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful. Staff are very helpful.
