I have booked the Rajasthan Tour package by checking good reviews about Glacial Adventure on Google.
But in my case the overall experience with this travel agency & driver is horrible.
Once payment is done, they don’t care about you. Not a single call received during tour days or post tour completion about feedback/experience.

Tour started with sore experience on day 1 itself when hotel was not given to us post reaching Jaiselmer in the morning. We have travelled full night by bus & informed in advance that we will be needing hotel in morning itself. We have been asked to do sightseeing directly without getting freshen up. It was full day sightseeing. I had to fight, escalate & wait for 2 hours to get room.
Full payment is asked on day 1 itself. Once you do it then they don’t care about your tour.

Now main feedback is about vehicle & driver who was deputed for entire tour. Vehicle was ok but experience with driver is terrible.
He is very much arrogant, rude, disrespectful. He has not covered many spots which was there in itinerary.
Once we realized it, we forced to cover other spots which we found eventually good & must visit place which he was forcing us to avoid.

On every place he is saying, “ Kuchh nahi hai waha, hum late ho jayenge”.
It seems, he is alcoholic person. Daily stopping our vehicle at liquor shop & purchasing liquor for self. He is hurry to close tour for a day by 5 or 6 Pm so he can enjoy his drink.

Details are as below,
At Jaislemer
1) Amar Sagar, Nathan ki Haweli, war memorial - Not stopped the vehicle.
2) Forcing us to avoid Bada Bagh by saying its graveyard – We found Bada bagh was very good.
3) Thar museum not shown - telling “ company wale kuchh bhi spot likh dete hai aur aap bhi bass unki kitab padh rahe ho”
4) Vyas chattri - not shown, saying similar to Bada Bagh.
5) Forced & convinced us to not to go Tanot mata on day 1.

At Jodhpur -
1) Not taking to Umaid bhawan - saying just old car dump. We forced & then found that it is must place to visit.
2) Not taking to Mandore garden – saying kuch nahi hai. We forced to visit. It was awesome with light & sound show. Must visit place in evening.
3) Toorji ka jhalara - Spot not shown even after asking repeatedly.

For next day we have planned to go to Udaipur via Kumbhalgarh. He was saying you need to reach Udaipur by 5/6 Pm other wise he will not drive the vehicle.
He was threatening us to stop the vehicle in between if we will not cover sightseeing at Kumabhalgarh shortly. Also he was trying to avoid Iklingi temple.

At Udaipur – Our train was at 8 PM & we asked him to drop us at railway station by 7: 30 PM. But he was denying it & saying that he needs to go somewhere so he will drop us by 6 PM itself.
So much argument has happened with him for same.

During entire tour, we family members are avoiding to take breaks for covering max tourist spots. But this guy is taking long breaks for self (15 mins for tea, ½ hour for lunch).
We supposed to reach Jodhpur by 2: 00 Pm. He could have taken his lunch post dropping us. But he stopped the vehicle at 1PM for own lunch, we were waiting outside the restaurant.

He smokes heavily in every break. Full vehicle was smelly with cigarette smoke. My daughter & wife was feeling uncomfortable due to same.

His vehicle has speed limiter for 80 Km/hour. Also he doesn’t know many routes, asking us to put map many times.

Overall very bad experience with this driver & no one from Glacial Adventures care to take feedback.

Thanks to mesmerizing Rajsthan & its tourist spot which has given us some awesome memories despite of bad treatment from driver & careless attitude from Glacial.

27th May nobody Turn up to pick up at Leh Airport. You have given some contacts. After calling they just gave random answers. Finally after 1 hour maruti omni came.
28th May driver wasn't know what is the program. He coordinated Sham valley program.
After confirming you kept on changing hotels.
29th may you threw us in a shaby tent. Hotel management however managed 2 rooms. The rooms are very ordinary. Neither 2 star nor deluxe. You changed camp 2 days back without our consent.
In Numbra you changed hotel.
You are promising good camp in Sarchu, but I requested you for stay at hapsa in hotel.
For all travelling I wanted comfortable cars but you gave swift/ desire.
This is causing us inconvenience.
You are planning programs seating in Manali and you don't have knowledge of properties at different places. And this seems uncontrollable.

My manali nd Shimla trip organizer miss mamata her behaviour is great nd polite.if I m talking about trip then my manali hotal experience are very good but one day camp experience is very burst where staff is very rude nd there was nothing service. The staff is not listening any problems.so camp experience is not good otherwise over all the trip is awesome my cab driver mr. Kamal negie is a great person nd his behaviour is very polite he is good person overall except bad camp experience, other experience is very good I will recommend to everyone to go with it.nd special thanks to mis mamata to organise nd time to time calling to us.

Asked for a quote for Jaisalmer. They said their concerned person will contact and send quote on WhatsApp. I had to remind them again to send quote. Then a person spoke - I again gave details that I need quote for Jaisalmer. After reminding, received quote for Jaipur instead of Jaisalmer. And then they said sorry and said will revert back again after 2 days.

They did not plan the trip well. Staff is not trained neither knowledgable and did not cooperated well.

I booked my Sikkim trip with Glacial Adventures and i planned this trip with my family we were 21 members The service we have received from The Glacial adventures Travel Company has been superb. At Initial call they make promises like it will be best experience you will ever have but when come to actual travel they are not cooperative at all.

Instead using them one should go and do arrangements by themselves.

1. It was really our mistake to have chosen them, we booked a tour to Darjeeling and Sikkim, on the very first day they did not gave us the mentioned hotel and we were told to adjust in a very cheap hotel due to natural calamities.
2. We were not shown the main spots which were clearly mentioned in the itenery that too was natural calamities, we beared with then we did not ask for any refund or compensation, just because of then we had to pay extra everywhere.
3. Their itenery mentioned that parking fees is not to be given but we still had to give the parking fees and when we asked for refund they they are soo cheap that they were asking for printing and photocopying documents.
4. They did not mention it earlier that we will have to pay extra 4000 for a spot and was not mentioned in the itenery as well but at the last moment they bluffed us and made us pay.
5. In the whole trip they kept calling continuously for extra payment everywhere, they not only fooled us but also spoiled our trip
They did not give us the mentioned food, we were provided really cheap food.
6. In the whole trip when it was our liability to pay for natural calamities we paid for that, but at the end it was their liability to drop us at the station and they charged 4000 extra for that.
7. Their employee MAMTA THAKUR who arranged our trip is too sweet at the beginning but at last she was RUDE beyond limits she just keeps on putting her points forward rather than listening to others she is so mean that she directly argues with us and tells us that she doesn't want to talk to us.
8. It is a request to everyone to not go for them they give wrong itenery to people and bluff them at the end and will raise your budget by 20%

I really liked the professional approach topped with personal care and attention to every details put by the team. Our team leader "Shweta" helped my group out right from building itinerary to the conclusion of our wonderful Trip.

Their drivers (Mr Rajkumar for us) are very adept to environments and drove very nicely on all the terrain of Himanchal I am highly thankful to Shweta and her wonderful team again for our wonderful Spiti Trip.

I booked the trip through Mr sourav in short period, he Is very Nice Cooperative Person. Every thing was so excellent. Hotel location was excellent and & Services provided were awesome. At every moment, they were always there for assistance. Food, travel and all the activities were hassle free. Will always consider this agency for any future trips. Jeep Safari – WOW! Spiti Safari is a Jeep Safari that can be taken during May to October. This is the best safari in India. From Shimla, this safari starts and proceeds forward to kaza. This is one of the very great experiences that I have had in the travel front for me. It was an interesting experience. As of the cost aspects, the safari seems quite costly for what it has to offer. Nevertheless, the Safari was indeed good and fine. I recommend this safari to everyone. This is worth the time and money.

All the places and hotel are damn good with the river view facing room which give you the best nature experience. And the hotel staff is also good and family friendly and their food too 5 star according to me, and glacial team member shilpa choudhary help us alot she daily called means ask me how my trip is going, is there any problem or not, I travelled with glacial agencies on January ending and till now she msg me and wishes me on festival. Next time I am sure i am travelling with your agencies only.

This is my best experience of travelling From (feb8 to feb11), and this is due to glacial adventures and Miss Shilpa Choudhary. All the arrangements of travelling, sight seeing, hotel (Green Tara) and food was really awesome. Worst service. From hotel to driver. Pathetic service. If u r smacker nd high level alcholic thn u should choose their hotel. I booked premium hotel nd it was on some isolated place. Driver was smoking all the time. Car will smell like some high level weed user.

It was a great experience while exploriing with glacier adventure manali. I travelled with my buddies. Thank you Glacial for giving us a great experience. The travel was well coordinated. The cab driver was truely humble and helpful. The dinner stops during travel in between were just ok. The adventure companies associated with glacial were not up to the level, certain charged more n certain didn't give us the fullest of effort to make the rides more enjoyable. High charges for all the rides.
Ppl at paragliding were rude to tourists. Shillong valley rides can be made much better, ppl come from very long distance to enjoy the place. Hope the coordinators put more effort to make the huge money spent worthy of it. Glacial ppl taken commission for all the rides and they have taken us to the only ppl with whom they are connected to get commission, which made us miss some of the rides due to higher charges. Ppl planning to go must have detailed enquiry with glacial ppl about each and everything for not getting disappointed.
